We were blessed to be matched with Loretta through Navy Federal years ago when buying a home for the first time. She made everything simple and explained every part of the process to us. When we decided to move, she took over as our property manager. We never had to worry about anything. Loretta and her team went above and beyond taking care of finding tenants, maintenance issues, and collecting rent payments. We recently sold the home and once again took care of every step for us since we were out of state. I cannot recommend Loretta and her team enough. You will always be in good hands.

I could not have asked for a better property management/real estate group to work with over the past two years. Loretta and Chris both are simply amazing! If ever there was an issue with the home we were renting, they jumped to our rescue almost immediately! They treated us like part of their family and I couldn't be more happy! They're extremely trustworthy and honest! We were out of state and out of mind for a few months now and Chris called us to say that he was able to get a deal where we didn't have to pay for some of the cleaning fees. They called us personally to let us know we had a sizeable refund coming that we weren't even aware of! I only wish we hadn't had to move out of state or I would be renting through them for the rest of my life (until I was ready to buy, of course, and then I'd use them for that as well)! My husband and I LOVE Harder Real Estate Group and hope you give them a chance to prove how amazing they are!

We originally signed with Loretta and Harder Real Estate Group to manager our house as a rental property while we relocated to a different state. Loretta work hard and found us a tenant in a matter of weeks. We had originally tried a couple of larger realty companies but they did not want to manage the property because it had a pool. I'm glad we ended up at Harder as they gave very personal service and stayed on top of every situation that arose.

A little over a year later we decided to sell the house and looked to Harder Real Estate to help with the process. Loretta and Frank went above and beyond to make sure the house was ready for showing, viewed and sold. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail and how they managed each aspect.

Selling a house is not a straight forward process and is a lot more difficult when you live in a different state. I highly recommend Loretta and Harder Real Estate, they are with you 110% of the way.

Chenise Williams was our real estate agent from this firm. My husband and I had dealt with several other agencies and they just gave us the runaround. They did not keep scheduled appointments, did not return our phone calls and could not answer reasonable questions about the process of purchasing a home. And then we tried working with the Harder Real Estate Group and were pleasantly surprised to find out that not only were they going to make time to help us find a house, they were going to far exceed our expectations by going the second mile from the time we found a house and all through the actual purchase. They did a very thorough job and I would recommend them highly to anyone who is in the market to buy a home!

Great rental prices and knows there stuff

I wasn’t so lucky with this company, my home wasn’t taken care of properly to my standards and the tenants didn’t repair or replace the things they stole and damaged while keeping their deposit. The agent/owner told me I asked too many questions and her family didn’t feel comfortable dealing with me. Also how luck I was and how things could’ve been much worse. Military beware if you’re going overseas or anyone who will not be in the area to keep an eye on your property!!!

Beyond a disaster. I have worked in property management and was beyond shocked ! We put in applications to rent a home - Christopher called and told my husband the house was ours only to call back an hour later and say he gave it to someone else after giving his word to my husband. Beyond unprofessional - I contacted Loretta requesting an explanation - or refund our application fees for this beyond unprofessional situation - she said she would and she did not - I have given this several months - she has not accepted or returned my calls. If you want a positive experience - I would sadly look another direction. I tried for several months to have this resolved before I wrote a bad review. Nor did they send us a denial letter until I informed her we had not received one. Wishing this had been a different outcome - hoping to save someone else the heartache we had.

Went looked at a house for rent was told that would know something Monday. It's now Wednesday and still nothing.
