Great customer service, friendly and very professional. I was service by Trisha and I was so impressed by her patience and professionalism. She took the extra time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. I couldn't be more satisfied. Outstanding customer service! I came in needing an adjustment to two pairs of glasses as they kept sliding off of my face and Alexander waited on me right away. His professionalism and attention to detail was clearly evident. Thank you Alexander for not having me wait and helping me to keep my glasses where they belong so I can see.

Wonderful experience at this location! I've been going for about 5 or 6 years and recently the Dr found that my veins were swollen behind my eyes. He has been diligent in assisting me with taking the necessary actions in following up with Neurologist to assure that my eyes are in the best possible working condition. Had a slight issue regarding payment this morning during my visit, and the ladies at the front counter were awesome in helping me to resolve those! My glasses/contact specialist helped me to pick out some cost effective frames and saved me some loot! I'm always happy about that! Kudos to the entire Russell Parkway staff!

This place just says welcome when you walk in. The girls behind the desk are so friendly and helpful. No one acts like it's just a job here. They seem genuine in their want to help you. I saw Dr. Konooshee today. He took his time and took interests in my need to find contact lenses to play golf in. After many years of poor experiences with optometrists, this was a breath of fresh air. The prices here are reasonable as well. You won't be disappointed you chose Brown's Eye Care.

Excellent experience today at Brown’s Eye Center on Russell Pkwy! The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly! The wait time wasn’t long at all! I highly recommend this establishment!

Today was my first appointment with Brown’s Eye Care and the experience was phenomenal. The doctor (I can’t remember her name) but she was very thorough, patient and she explained everything to me. I didn’t feel rushed at all.

Then when I went out front to choose eyewear, Emily assisted me. She was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She assisted me with choosing frames that complimented me.

I’m so glad that I chose Brown’s.

I had a great experience at my visit. The Russell Parkway store have a very friendly staff. The Dr. Recognized my need to see a specialist for my diabetic eye problem. I especially want thank Alexander for going above and helping me with my needs.

Fantastic service! A wide variety of frames to choose from! I received excellent service from Alicia. I have been wearing glasses my entire life and she always picks the nicest frames that are trendy and profressional. Please visit Brown's Eye Center!!!! Dr. Doug was very nice too!!!!

Shantese was awesome, she worked with me until I felt comfortable with the fit of my new progressive lense glasses!

Very cute glasses and the process is quick and easy. They let you choose you Own glasses frame. Very nice assistants and register people.

When I walked in I was greeted with smiles. I was assisted in a timely manner. Dr. Khoshooee was very thorough with my eye exam. Mr. Alexander and Mrs. Tricia were able to fix a situation pertaining to my chosen frames. They were super kind! Mr. Alexander explained each feature he recommended and helped me make a wise decision. My glasses turned out great. I definitely recommended Brown's Eye Center in Warner Robins, Georgia on Russell Parkway.

I had a pair of prescription glasses and the frame just broke. I went to Brown's Eye Center and they were able to replace my lens into a frame while I waited. They found a used frame that was like new and matched what I had and was exactly what I was looking for. I really liked them. The cost was free, I was not charged for the frame and the work and they now have a new customer.... Me.... I suggest going to them for your prescription and glass frames need.... You will like them....
