Holiday Inn Express & Suites Baton Rouge -Port Allen, an IHG Hotel

It was a good experience at this hotel. I stayed here for six days.. Good, clean hotel. Decent breakfast options and the food is generally good. The service was exceptional. Rooms look new and well maintained.

I don't have anything bad to say at all! Our 2 night stay was outstanding! The place was clean, quiet and very accommodating! They even let us use the pool for a bit after hours! It's location for us was perfect about an hour from New Orleans, and 10 mins form Cou-yons the best place to eat! The staff is very friendly!

It was a late night check in and the front desk went above and beyond for an easy check in. Made sure our room had the portable crib as well as late night dinner suggestions. She was very friendly and professional!
Check-out went very smooth. The girl may have been somewhat new due to not being able to answer all of our questions, but she still had a great friendly professional attitude.
Room was very cleaned and had no issues with it. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel, keeping it in mind for our next trip through Baton Rouge!

We checked in and said we would be staying for two nights. There was a lady who was incredibly inviting that brought us fresh, hot food from the kitchen for breakfast and made pleasant small talk. The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided in large bottle so we didn't have to ask for more. Body lotion was also there and the shower head was really great. The hotel had a nice environment and was a perfect stop for some rest. They had two elevators which made for quick transfers up and down the floors. One final note is that we only stayed for 10 hours during the day, so they insisted that we only pay for one night instead of the two nights we originally said we would stay during our check-in.

Overall, it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were exceptionally cleaned. Staff was extremely friendly and professional from the front desk, to house keeper's, breakfast servers, and maintenance. We had a very tiny issue, or so we thought and maintenance was knocking on the door in 3 minutes flat. It is in a great location. You can literally walk to a nice amount of places to grab something to eat.

The room was so nice! Pool, great breakfast but no outside seating.

I don't normally do reviews but I felt this hotel deserved to be praised. Ladies at the front desk were very nice. They were doing some remodeling, but handled it very well so as to not inconvenience the guests. Our room was great, very nice, modern, lots of indirect lighting. Beds were really comfortable, pillows were awesome, shower was perfect. No noise issues. Overall a great experience.

Really nice spacious rooms. Very clean, great staff. Great place to stay especially if on business. Has plenty of furniture and space to work. Highly recommend.

Nice property and conveniently located to the highway along with dining and shopping places. My check-in with Christy was quick, efficient, and friendly. She not only took great care of me and gave me an excellent dinner recommendation. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and shower was good with plenty of hot water. This would be a nice property if you needed a place for an extended stay.

Great hotel with easy access to food and I-10. It is perfect for road trips or visiting neighboring areas. However, do watch out for the Baton Rouge traffic backing up on the interstate.

Room was clean, very well thought out and very little noise. I got a chance to catch up on rest even though there are tons of people out and about due to the LSU game. The have the most comfortable chaise to si in and watch TV, which became my napping chair..lol There's a desk with ergonomic chair, dresser, wardrobe, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board, hair dryer, and iron. The hvac works really well. They have hot and cold breakfast. Turkey sausage, biscuits, scrambled eggs, bagels, cinnamon rolls, cereal, muffins, and juice. Nearby tons of food options of you prefer to eat out, or just need somewhere somewhere lunch or dinner. Nearby Casinos, shopping and a place to wash your car. Upon arrival mine was filthy and I went right up the street to the soft touch and cleaned my truck for 10 bucks. Love this brand always patron when available no matter what state.

Been stopping here numerious times since April this year, as the half-way point between Montgomery, Al and Houston, Texas. We stop there every two weeks, going and coming back home. Excellent staff! Outstanding management and awesome breakfast. Everyone are always so nice and warm. Beautiful environment, even with the renovation going on. We found it by accident and are so glad we did! They have become family!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Friendly service. Smiling faces. Clean rooms and restroom. Clean & fresh bed sheets, pillows and towles. Delicious free breakfast. Well lit and clean parking area. Quite place. Got a great night's rest. Reasonable pricing. They do offer a customer VIP program.

We stayed in a non-smoking king room. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked GREAT!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I don't usually write reviews but this one was worth writing.

Stayed here for a month for work and the staff was excellent. They were extremely accommodating even with the covid restrictions. If return to this part of Louisiana, I'll definitely be booking a room at this location again.

I use a full size wheel chair. This HIE was fully ADA compliant. Nicely appointed, roomy clean and stocked. The staff were all pleasant. Good stay stay again.

Check-in was fast. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, quiet stay. Breakfast was wonderful and the lady serving was friendly and courteous. Check-out was fast.

Best Holiday Inn Express we have stayed at in a long time. front desk and breakfast staff both extremely friendly, rooms clean, and staff very attentive to sanitizing due to covid, they even sanitized the room key cards and pens at the front desk!

They were nice and professional. They accommodated us in the early hours of the morning for a quick and safe place to sleep a few hours. Everything was clean and utilized proper cleaning standards

The staff was amazing breakfast lady was friendly and actually had a conversation with me instead of rushing me off great stay plus hot breakfast on the go also the pool was open for my little man to burn off energy thanks again ladies for making our stay comfortable
