El Toro Loco Mexican Bar & Grill

We had a great time with our friends here. The food was excellent the service was great and the prices ain't bad. We will return. I recommend the Molcejete. This, last time we were here it was a Saturday around 3, but we have gone at different times on different days and have always been satisfied.

El Toro Loco catered our wedding in Feb. 2024 and they were outstanding! Eugenio, the owner, personally connected with my husband and I several times prior to the wedding and worked with us to create a taco buffet with many options for an affordable price. He went above and beyond by going out of his way even to stay during the reception to make sure that the food was taken care of along with bringing in some other employees to ensure a smooth dining experience (out of the kindness of his heart). Everyone commented how wonderful the food was all night! This was their first wedding that they have catered, but no one would have known! If you are considering a Mexican restaurant for your event, choose EL TORO LOCO!

Cute Mexican restaurant with delicious food. Had the shrimp fajitas which was very good with lots of shimp. The top shelf margaritas were fabulous. Bartender was great. We are already planning on returning very soon.

Finally! A restaurant that offers authentic Mexican food, has great service, and is clean.

With four varieties of tacos, there's something for everyone; soft, crunchy, Street, and pan fried. The pork tamales were excellent and the guacamole Mexicano was fresh and delicious.

Our first visit to El Toro Loco won’t be our last! We had the enchiladas lupita and the carnitas verdes burrito. Both were fresh and delicious and flavorful. The chips and salsa were solid. Several options for beans are available. The refried and charro were both great, and the rice was quite good as well. Cool ambiance and friendly service. Very clean as well. Seems like a reliable go to for Mexican food in a fun environment. See you again soon, El Toro Loco!

Dining in the music is a little loud for my old ears. However the food and service make up for it! Best fried tacos in western Johnson County.

It’s my family’s new go-to. Very glad they put one here. Food is great, atmosphere is great, and great service. We used to always go to the one at the Legends. We come here at least once a month, highly recommend. Try the burrito fajita mix! Only downside is they can be pretty slow to bring you your check.

Fantastic food, very friendly staff, and super clean tables, etc. Our now go to for Mecican cuisine. In CVS strip mall at corner of Woodland and 110th.

Surprising to find such wonderful Mexican food just down the street. The restaurant looks much smaller on the outside than it is. We stopped by on Mother's Day (they gave moms a free dessert), and found the lunch prices very reasonable. Food was hot and tasty; service was fast and friendly. Loved the salsa and black beans!

The food is always great and this is becoming our go to Mexican restaurant. Usually not a long wait, plenty of seats and the servers are always friendly and helpful. The Chile Relleno is always delicious and the fajitas are generous portions.

We usually dine in, this is our go to Mexican restaurant. Love their dishes, haven’t had one yet that I wouldn’t order again.

Awesome new Mexican restaurant in Lenexa! Interior is well done and the service is great. Food of course is very good and offer unique options.

The Lenexa location food was so much better and the service was excellent. I will be returning to this location in the near future. I will never go to the onr at The Legends in KCK

Such high quality and healthy meals compared to other restaurants. Everything is served freshly and quickly, wait time is so fast I'm not even kidding. Bathrooms are well kept and smell like flowers. Waitresses we're all so sweet. Would most definitely recommend!

I’ve been coming to this location for awhile and it’s my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Kansas City area. Their fajita quesadillas are amazing and the staff is always very friendly.

I had the main burrito(think it's called burrito toro) it was very good, would definitely order again! Also had hard shell taco's, they were also very good! Will definitely go here again!

Had lunch here. Service was fast and everything was delicious. You sort of have to know where this place is. Off the beaten path, but well worth the visit.

The food tastes like coming out of the heart of Mexico. We got three different plates and they all were amazingly tasty. The server was very attentive and very professional. I definitely won't miss good Mexican food for so long since finally I found one in Kansas. After that I used to get a taste of Mexico from Chicago every time I visited.

Salsa & chips were delicious. Cheese dip was awesome. Margaritas were delicious. Entree was delicious! All around excellent service. Highly recommend.
