Although the on line scheduling was a burden - I was finally able to get a person from the pharmacy to assist me in scheduling my vaccines. She was polite and very helpful. At my appointment time I was greeted with a friendly smile and the pharmacist who administered the vaccine was also friendly, kind and helpful.

I tend to come here on my lunch and it’s nice to be able to run in and run out quickly and not have to wait forever. The one thing I do have to say is the prices are a little pricey especially for the size of some of the portions. I love this place just wish it was a little cheaper.

I received both my flu vaccine and my Covid booster today. The pharmacist was friendly, helpful, and gentle😁

I lost my keys in the store one evening and 2 employees spent over an hour helping me try to find them!!

This CVS pharmacy has very helpful , nice and efficient staff .

Great front store staff, great pharmacy staff and a clean and well orgnaized facility. They work hard during difficult pandemic times when people are stressed, tired, and uncertain of what the future holds. They keep it professional, maitain the cleanest pharmacy by far in the area, and are always willing to help both in the store and the pharmacy. This is a very busy location with a great deal of work and limited staff and resources, and I think they do an excellent job of making sure operations are completed in a timeley manner and that they work dilligently to tend to the needs of the customers.

I only used the drive thru service and did not go in but I had to drive quite a ways from my normal CVS (South KC Mo) because they had issue getting in my medicine. Paul was very nice and said apologised that my location couldn’t get my medicine in. This has nothing to do with him or his location but he still said sorry about that. It was a very small but kind gesture that left a lasting impression. The exterior is very clean. As a note, the drive thru is on the north east side so if it seems like it doesn’t exist, it does but it’s just tucked in there.

Not the same quality pharmacy as it was in the beginning. Just got done talking to a rude woman in the pharmacy. I wanted to know why they always never have all my meds in stock. I have been there for 5 yrs now.
Changed to 5 star because the store manager was very nice(awesome customer service) and did what he could for me. I hope he and corporate read this and know how grateful I am for his assistance.

CVS has been hit or miss on different locations that I have lived. But I really like this one. They are fast and the Pharmacy Manager and his staff are super friendly. One of the well-run pharmacies I have been to.

We went in around 5:25 pm on 17th June and the guy who helped us to get a baby's passport photo was very friednly and helpful.

The pharmacists are very helpful and focused on service. The techs are great! Friendly and accomodating. They all are consistent no matter how busy.

I was an annoying patient. I had a lot of questions about my insurance not covering my medications. Jonathan was an angel and he helped me all the way through. Thank you!!

Shop here a lot due to location. Not always the greatest selection of products. But basic CVS stuff.
