I would recommend Bassett to anyone looking for new furniture! It was actually fun! Rodger met my mother and I at the door introduced himself then let us look around. He was not pushy and did not follow us around, but made himself available to answer questions and provide us with the information we needed. Once we had narrowed it down he gave us options on colors and worked with us until my mom was happy with her choice. We had started the day with a list of places we were going to look for a couch but after Rodger helped us we didn’t need to go anywhere else! I wish Rodger and Bassett were closer to where I live because I would buy furniture from him every time!

The shopping experience at Bassett Furniture was superb. Unlike at so many other establishments, the design specialists (especially mine, Cheryl) did just try to sell u items. They wanted to ensure that you loved the pieces, and that it would fit perfectly in your home. I loved the fact that Cheryl was able to come to my home, take measurements, and piece the items I wanted in a software so that I could visualize it staged.

Having visited every furniture store within a 50-mile radius, I can confidently and without reservation, attribute Bassett Furniture's high rating primarily to my designer, Helen. Her exceptional patience, understanding of my needs, and kindness have left me thoroughly convinced of my assessment, and Helen unquestionably deserves all the credit. Thank you Bassett for carrying top quality furniture and having a very organized, clean and comfortable showroom. Thank you Roger for answering questions. Jordyn, thank you for your help as well. The entire team is too notch.

What a great experience!! They didn’t have exactly what I had in mind, but the sales representative, Helen Badeaux, went out of her way to search and find us something that had all the components we were looking for. She showed us pieces in the store, asked many questions, and went online to find the item that met all our needs. I value customer service tremendously! Helen is the true definition!

Very accommodating!! I called the Lafayette store because I wanted a bed I had seen on line. However it was not in their showroom. Had a great experience. Sales staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for by showing various options to narrow down my choices. We bought a dining table that is built to order so we had to wait but he had regular updates on the job! Very happy with the service and quality of the table!
