WBR Primary Care

The reviews of this place makes it sound like you're about to enter a nightmare. That was far from my experience. Friendly, informative, and prompt. Also very helpful. I don't have a "primary care doctor" I'm rarely sick. I was out of a job these past weeks. My insurance for the job I was working. I didn't have yet. So thankfully this place has a sliding scale. Now I should be able to get back to work.

The doctor’s are very concern about physical and mental well-being

In 6 years as a patient I've always been comfortable with my level of care . And one knock staff changes a little too much. That's the only bad thing, other than that great people.

This place was a life changer for me. The nurses are super sweet and the doctors actually treat you like a human and not a statistic.

Excellent staff and physicians. You may have to wait, but it's because they are not herding their clients. They truly care about your health and your well being. If you want quality old fashioned care, I recommend this facility.

The nurse Constance is extremely rude every time. I do not understand why they have her in direct contact with patients.

Let me first say my Doctor is great. I had an appointment in October and and they seem to have lost my drug test. They tried to tell me that I didn’t take one on my last visit when I’m 100% sure that I did. It’s kind of puzzling how you can be a doctors office and lose someone’s drug test. If they lose that, what else are they losing? What is the process in which you all are doing things? Are my other documents secure? I drove all the way frm denham to port Allen to get this done. Needless to say I will be looking for another location to go to.

Nice enough lady started drifting off while ringing up information to get my pills. Literally sleeping. Before that! The therapist i was suppose to see had us waiting for an hour and a half. With no excuse. I get that you have a personel life. But you could have at least called or something, anything to acknowledge that you screwed up! Do not go to this place. It's a big, fat, waste, of time.

Terrible nurse!!! Very rude!!! She spoke to me in a very loud manner! I asked her would she be able to give me my vaccination today or not! Then she proceeds to tell me I have high blood pressure in a loud condescending voice!! I advised her that I was aware of that and would like to get back on my blood pressure medication. She continued to be rude!! So I let her know she was very unprofessional and arrogant and I was leaving! That just what i did. She has black hair, cut shoulder length, very tall!! Very manly!!!!!!!!! I will be reporting her in the morning!!!!! I can't believe that place is a actual business. The women at the front desk were nice that's the only good thing I can say about this place!!!!!

This place is extremely neglectful and unprofessional to patients! I have scheduled 3 appointments for the doctor,dentist, and therapist. Each time I show up 10 mins early for an APPOINTMENT they decide not to come to work and I don't even get a notice! Don't waste your time here!

I have been trying to get a referral sent for myself and my son for 1 1/5 weeks now. And nothing has been done as of this date. Needless to say I will changing PA and clinic. The service here is horrible and the staff is as rude it gets. If you don't have enough staff then hire some.

Very disappointed in RKM. When you are sick you expect to see your Doctor the day you are sick.. When you call in they say you can come in 6 days later. So you should stay sick another 6 days before you can get relief.

Worst healthcare facility. They can never keep a doctor. I have been waiting for a referral for over 3 weeks now. Definitely changing providers.

Rude and very slow one of the nurses told me they was going to call child protection service because i wanted to leave to go change my baby i rushed to get there and forgot my baby sack on the sofa tryna to get my kids to they appointment on time so by me staying around the corner i didnt think it was going to be long at all to get in and out but i was there almost 3 hours with a dirty diaper on my baby and i had told them over and over that i had to go change my baby and they had me sitting until my baby was wet through her clothes up to her chest so i walked out that was to long to have a dirty diaper on a baby and to long for a doctor visit !

Worst place ever. Inconsiderate doctors who forget everything they tell you by your next appointment. Then screw up your mess. Don't go here for anything
