My mother visited today and had an appointment with Dr. Nicolea. Upon arriving she was informed that her appointment had to be re scheduled with another Physician. She agreed and was ( partially ) seen by Nicholas Latuso. Dr. Latuso was rude and inconsiderate. She went in to speak to Dr Nicolea about a couple separate issues. When telling dr. Latuso her prior conversations with Dr . Nicolea, he stated that "he does things differently" so he would have to do things his way instead of being considerate of her dr's opinions, recommendations and care plan. Differing opinions in medicine are understandable, even promoted, but you should always take the patient into consideration. He was cold and rude and harsh. He then told her that he was leaving, stormed out of the room, and wouldn't even speak to her about her concussion that Dr. Nicolea was treating her for previously. Leaving her crying and to be consoled by a nurse. So excessively unprofessional when she was already accommodating concerning her dr pushing her off on another patient.

I have reached out to Dr. Katherine May who is the supervisor today and should have been aware of the situation, hopefully someone cares and can do something.

Rude service at a restaurant or retail store is one thing but to have this type of experience at a place that you are trusting with your health and mental care is unacceptable.

All I can say Dr. Lauso is "first, do no harm"
