Walgreens

This is the best Walgreens pharmacy in east Baton Rouge and west Baton Rouge. I have been to several , I called two days ago to have all my prescription transferred here, they answered the phone and was nice and very helpful. This government street Walgreens , the workers were kind and very helpful when I came in to pick up, the cashier at the front and all the workers were kind. My medicine was filled in a timely manner and the whole experience was exceptional. I was just about to transfer all my prescriptions but I decided to try this one and I wasn’t disappointed

Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Janada. She was very helpful. Most kind. This young lady provided excellent customer service. Thank you, Ms. Janada.

Now, I never leave reviews here but this really touch my heart. I had to drive 15 minutes from my home at 3 am to pick up an inhaler for my daughter because she’s been sick with a wired cough that happens randomly and nothing seemed to help from her doctor. The pharmacist and manager made sure my order was ready for pick up and the manager ran outside looking for me to bring the inhaler and that was very sweet, thank you so much!

I've noticed since Rite Aid across the street closed, this location's pharmacy has been super busy. As far as the staff goes, I've had nothing but positive experiences---and I've dealt with at least 4 different pharmacy personnel. They're always kind and helpful when I fill + pick up a prescription; e.g., the time they were out of my Rx, the pharmacy tech went back and found another Baton Rouge location that had it in stock. She could have left me hanging to call or search around myself, but she made my life a little easier.

A huge "Thank You" to pharmacist Andrew! He was so caring , thoughtful, and patient with my son who has Autism. There is so much good in this world and it's beautiful people like him who remind me of this fact.

A huge thank you to Sonja in the pharmacy for being so kind and professional. She is an example of how every employee should be. Thank you for being nice even when y’all were so busy!

Very nice staff, cheery even at 10pm on a Sunday! Thanks Andre and your buddies for treating me nice even with my cvs bottle! I’ll be refilling here :)

It is pretty busy but the staff is so incredibly pleasant and helpful finding specials and deals!

Ive never had any problems at Walgreens so far and I’ve been going there for years.
