The Jared Zimmer team is amazing! We worked closely with Cheryl, although everyone in the office we came in contact with was just as awesome. When we first contacted them, we were interested in a house that had recently been put on the market. When that house went under contract, she figured out exactly what we were looking for and sent us a list of homes she thought we would be interested in. We chose and few and went to view them. When we found the house we loved, she helped us out our offer in. Being a young couple, we had no idea what the process would look like, but she kept us in the loop! Always made sure we knew what a certain deadline meant and made sure we had everything in order. Every time an update became available, she let us know as soon as she found out. She was very personable, and remembered even the little things we discussed, such as our dog that we had mentioned once when we first viewed our home, which made us feel like she cared. We will definitely be recommending this team to everyone! We loved our experience with this team as much as we love our new home!

Listed on Monday. Sold on Wednesday. Pictures of my home were amazing and truly sold the property quickly. Jared's staff were the best and kept me updated daily. The process was quick and painless! Working with Jared Zimmer and his team was an excellent experience. I had to sell my brother's home after his untimely passing and was unfamiliar with the area. If you ever need a real estate office definitely that's the place to go the service is out of this world the people are Kinder than I would ever respect I know they're trying to get your business but these people are you doing and they're real you need to ask for Miss Gonzalez and her team you would not regret it they will go out their way and make your Shack look like a mansion when they're done and they will sell.
