Centro Woodfired Pizzeria

Very delicious food here. The pizza was fantastic! The half portion of salad was huge. A 6 slice 12” pizza fed two of us perfect. They have nice beer in draft and wines available.

This is a really nice spot to visit for some lunch or dinner, but it is pretty busy, so making reservations is a good idea. We were told that to get a seat inside would take around two hours. We came here randomly while driving through the city, but were able to get a seat outside. The food was very good. The arugula salad was very large, so we couldn’t finish it. It was very fresh and tasty though, and the dressing was very nice. The salad was brought almost instantly as well. The White Pie pizza was also pretty good and juicy with a thin crust.

I loved it. We passed the icy roads of Colorado, entered the Utah and after 9-10 hours of drive we have reached Centro. It was lovely. I am from İstanbul but this place took me the Mediterranean. Isaac our server was beyond kind. He was jolly, talkative and kind. Wine was beautiful. I have tasted better Cannoli but this was my first one in US, so perhaps it is the best here, who knows? Overall after an anxious and adventurous journey, it was a beautiful destination.

So we have traveled from the east coast to the west coast and we seek out wood fired pizza places wherever we go because we are “wood fired pizza snobs” 😊😋
Centro is at least a tie for #1 or maybe our new #1 favorite pizza we’ve had so far! Everything had amazing flavor and was definitely very freshly made and their support of local farmers is clear in their product.
We liked it so much we got one to take with us on our travels!
We didn’t have a salad or the bruschetta- however- we likely will on our next visit when we come back through here in a few days 😊
Side note- Tyson H our server was really great!! Kudos to all on the food and the experience!

Excellent food and service! We loved their specialty pizzas, Nonna’s Meatballs, and the Shaved Prosciutto arugula salad. Everything was top notch and delicious. Highly recommend this place!

The food was AWESOME. Some of the best pizzas we have tried. The atmosphere was great and the service even better. We ordered the Chicken Rustico Pizza and the Brooklyn Cheese Pizza. Both were GREAT.

There’s not enough pictures of the almond amaretto cake! Best desert ever! We don’t live in Cedar City but every time we are passing thru we love to stop here to eat. Great place! We love the thin pizza’s and the dough is amazing. The arugula salad is also my fav!

Shared a Gorgonzola Salad and the day's special, a Salsiccia Piccante Pizza. Truly enjoyed both! Quick, friendly, and attentive service. IMO, the best pizza in Southern Utah!

This was a nice place to eat after a long day on the hill snowboarding. The only downside of going to Brian Head is the lack of things to do because of the location. I love going up to the mountain, but the downside is definitely things to do other than that.

We were recommended this place by a friend so we decided to try it out. We ordered a few different things which everyone of them came out tasting great. I had a local beer as well. I can’t really remember what it was called, but it was delightful.

The pizza was great. The kids loved the dessert, but it was a little too sweet for me. All in all, I definitely do recommend this place if you’re in the area, and want somewhere quiet.

Service was amazing - Melanie was friendly and helpful - she talked us through the menu and mentioned they can do half half on pizza so that we could try two flavors. Pizza was delicious (dough was a little thin other than the crust, for my personal preference but toppings and crust were great) and spring greens salad tasted fresh and I liked that the dressing was not too vinegary, not too sweet.

Cozy and inviting atmosphere. Authentic Italian style thin crust pizza. Reasonably priced for portion size. Their Caesar is in the gourmet category. Service was a B+. Took a while to be served and server never returned except to bring the tab.

We were on an anniversary trip to Southern Utah and decided to eat here before our Shakespeare play. It was very busy so they put us at the small bar near the door. Our server was Cam, there are 2 there, I guess. He is tall and dark-complected with tied back braids, and he was stellar!! Such an amazing server. Ask for him, if you can. The food was just amazing. Very well thought out flavors and companioning. We split the arugula salad (so good - the dressing...), and a Pollo bianco pizza. Cam said to save some of the arugula and top the pizza with it. He was spot on. I also asked for a side of balsamic vinegar to sprinkle on the slices, and it completed it. We had such a great experience that we went again on the last day of our trip after hiking Taylor Creek Trail in Kolob Canyon. We were so pleased to serendipitously get Cam again!! We tried the gorgonzola salad this time and loved it even more than the arugula salad. And, we got a half daily special pizza with spicey sausage (can't remember what they called it), and half of the meats one they have on the menu. We were pretty exhausted so I am blaming that for not being able to remember the menu names, lol. Cam was amazing again and offered more flavor enhancing suggestions. We recommend anyone in Cedar City looking for a place to eat to stop there. It is incredible. They need to open one in Utah County!

Yummy wood fired pizza! I had the meatballs, homemade, delicious. I also had the bruschetta very good! The Family had pizza. They're all 12-in pizzas so everyone could have their own personal pizzas or split them and add some appetizers. It's great! Good prices. Great service. Delicious place to eat!

Definitely a hidden gem! The pizza was made to perfection and was absolutely delicious. Their sauce was not heavy and tasted fresh made. I had gluten-free crust, which was one of the best I've had. We also had salad and loved the lemon basil dressing! A big shout out to our server, Lil, who was awesome! We will definitely come here again when driving through.

I really enjoyed this location while on a road trip I was able to stop in and place an order, then go for a bit of a walkabout and come back for my pizza. Located in a little bit of a downtown area. There is much to see and do in this little strip of Cedar city.

I got the prosciutto and cheese pizza, which was perfect, especially for somebody who doesn’t like too many flavors that are strange to them. Love my partner to death, but trying new food is not her jam.

The pizza was cooked correctly and served as well as we took it back to our car and ate it on our way east bound.

I definitely recommend stopping here for food and not some catchy fast food place.

This place is a hidden gem. Get the meatballs. The wood fired pizza is great. Their salads will feed 4 people. The arugula salad was perfect.
Highly recommend. Ralph did a great job handling our big party, including 4 kids under 6.

Fantastic pizza! The specialty pizzas were amazing, I can't remember the last time I've have pizzas toppings that well thought out and tasty. As this is real wood fired, our pizzas did come out with a charred spot on the outer crust of each. Not a problem, just a thing. I'm not huge on eating crust in general, so no loss. Good wait staff and the place was very busy when I went. You may want to consider making reservations.

Loved our time here. Great and quick service, pizza was incredible, and the staff were so kind and well mannered. Thank you again for seating us so quickly on Friday night and without reservation. I must tell you, you have to get a 🥗😋🥗😋 that thing is size of Texas!!! Huge, crispy, super fresh and so yummy. Perfect combination between cheesy, hot, 🍕🔥🔥 pizza and the salad. My kids loved it. We will be back again. Ok, almost forgot the canolis are awesome and come in set of three.

What a great find in Cedar City! After camping at Zion NP for several days, we were craving a delicious pizza and we found it! The salads are fresh and the Italian dressing is perfectly soft and tangy at the same time, and clean on the palate. The pizza crust, toppings and sauce were all on point. We enjoyed beers with our pizza. The dining room
is cozy, with additional outdoor seating out front for great people watching. I’m looking forward to our return, which we will ensure to be sooner than later. Great work Centro!
