Smith's

This Smiths is always clean and well stocked with most items. The staff has been there for years and are friendly and helpful. The meat and produce are best here. Competitive prices and weekly ads are great!

While shopping in Smith's I overheard a conversation that a cashier was having with someone in her line. She was talking to their son and he was special needs. She was so kind, fun and amazing to him. Exceptional customer service skills! What an amazing lady. I looked at her name tag and her name was Denise. We need more people like Denise in this world. :)

A very big, well stocked supermarket. Nice deli, bakery, meat, etc. They don’t carry Spam in individual packets, if that’s a negative for you.

I come often. Always busy but lots of cashiers and help available when needed. Produce is always decent. Shelves stocked well. Great seasonal variety of items. Friendly people.

When doing the survey I was thinking the survey was for taco bell so please cancel Smiths is a great place to shop anytime

I like smiths grocery so much. Stopped got my prescriptions and some on sale ice cream. Very friendly associates. I always feel welcome.

I love all Kroger stores, but my favorite chain by far is Smith's. Everything is always so fresh and clean and organized well, which is inlietant for me in my wheelchair. All of their wmployees are so helpful and frie dly, it's a great store.

The woman Nancy at self-checkout is a gem! So friendly and helpful every time. We always leave there in a good mood.

Good prices, good service, good product quality

I LOVE THIS SMITH’S!! They’ve had some great deals, there are positive vibes (at least for me), and the employees are stellar. There have been at least four different employees throughout the store who have gone out of their way to be helpful, notice when I need something, and help me feel welcome—even special. Either this location lucked out on some wonderful people or they’re doing something right with training. Either way, it’s a happy place for me (even when there are issues with bagging my items at self-checkout)!

Smith's is a very good grocery store. It has a mini US Bank inside. They have floral area, baked goods, meat section, pharmacy, and huge varieties of non-food products (i.e. baby products, pet products, cosmetics, household supplies, and more). Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you sign up for a Smith's rewards program, you can get discounts on the gasoline at their station and specials in the store.

Bought some Cinnamon Rolls from the bakery this morning.... course I had to eat one before I remembered to take a pic!! It was delicious 😋

This store has the best produce selection in town. Their discount/sale section is huge! The cashier was very friendly and took her time explaining all the benefits of the smiths reward card to us. The pharmacy service was beyond helpful and nice. A smile really goes a long way when you work in customer service and every employee we were greeted with a smile. Great job! I'd give this store 10 stars if I could.

Had the most excellent customer service with Krista in the Cedar City store. Super friendly, and helpful with helping me unwind my acct and explaining the app features. She was supposed to be off but stayed to help me out! Thanks so much Krista!!! (Hope I spelled your name right!! 😀)

This is a really good place to shop. Not many grocery stores in Cedar City but they have a very good name here. Pricing is very good on their items. Produce is fresh and bakery has good items. Having lived up north these guys have excellent staff who are very friendly.

I have always had nothing but positive experience at this location. And although all there employees work very hard to make it so, the one who sticks out for my family has always been Zehi. She is always willing to help at the check out, showed us how to get more from our shopping for less, and overlooks our complete stupidity with a helpful and cheerful attitude. Thanks to her and the rest of your crew for always being so helpful.

Excellent customer service and always good sales. Gas and pharmacy are least expensive in Iron County. The produce department keeps me coming back. It's UT, there is no wine or liquor in any grocer.

Best experience ever. Such an honest staff. I lost $60 cash out of my pocket in produce. Went back to look for it and an employee was there rearranging the lettuce. I asked him if anyone had found it and sure enough! Another employee had found it moments before. I got my $60 back. Timing, luck, honest staff, persistence, call it what you may. I didn't lose my money.

Great overall market with decent organic choices.
