I have used the services of College Drive Mini Storage over the years several times, and I have nothing but RAVES about this business and their excellent staff. Outstanding, over-the-top customer service. Super-clean and well maintained facilities. There's even a nice, clean bathroom available in the climate controlled storage -- and if you have ever had to spend day after day, all day long, sorting through the remnants of an estate (or any other reason to be there all day), that's worth its weight in gold.

My situation was very last minute and complicated, yet the owners went above and beyond to say the very least, to make sure that they accommodated in every way possible to make sure that my situation was taken care of. I was SO personally touched and grateful for their selfless help, I will not think twice in recommending their company to anyone. The actual business location is great and safely tucked away, very nicely kept, and I honestly could not think of a single complaint!!

Open 365 days a year (EVEN HOLIDAYS). Super clean unit with lock provided. First level unit that made unloading easy. Staff was super helpful and polite. Sonya even went to get me a dolly so that unloading was even easier. Locally under business close to LSU—-HIGHLY RECOMMEND

It’s easy to start a contract, they debit the funds monthly from your desired account or credit card, the facilities are very clean and safe, and it’s conveniently located just off of College Drive. I had a unit here for a few years and never had any issues. It didn't flood in 2016. No security issues. There are always carts available to help you move, and the office is nice/helpful.

I've been storing my precious items at College Drive Mini-Storage for 3 years. The employees are the friendliest folks you could possibly meet. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Baton Rouge. It's recently become a place to keep our family boat. With 24 hour access, we can show up at 3 am and be on the water in before daylight. I wish I could give them extra stars!!
