Super nice people to work with. And they really do help. They make sure they find a way to get you propane at a reasonable price and timeframe

I've always had excellent customer care with Ferrellgas. Pricing is fair, the reps are thorough and helpful. I would like to add, it would be nice if your company would allow the fill tank drivers to fill our grill propane tanks when onsite at our homes. Living in the country is a farthur drive in to town. Thanks

Couldn't be happier with this gas company. We switched to this company from another local company because of over 40 cents a gallon difference. Our old company never maintained our tank, including a faulty gauge) so we called Ferrell. The girls in the office are very helpful getting you set up. We chose the Will Call plan and each of the 3 times we've been filled up they've been there within 2 days. They've set our tank twice each time at no cost. The set up guys are helpful too. They make sure everything is working and ask if you have any questions before they leave. Would highly recommend this company!!

The Ferrell Gas service team is awesome. They get here within a few days of me calling them for a refill. They always do a great job and answer any questions I might have at that time. The office team is great as well. Im not left hanging on the phone forever and they make paying my bill real easy. They also dont complain or be rude when I call to schedule a refill and dont have my account number. Thank you Ferrell Gas Family and have a great holiday and Happy New Year!

Overall service and customer service were great! Twice now in the last 6 months, the time frame from calling in an order and delivery were outstanding. The friendliness of the staff is to be commended as well.
