Noreen Barrett is amazing! We have both purchased and sold houses with her help, for a total of 3 transactions (so far!). She really knows her stuff. Coldwell Banker is COLD AS ICE…. Last year, my 84 year old Mom was paralyzed in a car accident just before our scheduled family vacation. Coldwell Banker Spectrum Properties would do nothing to help us in any way and we lost our entire reservation and $4,000.

Please do business with a company that actually cares about the people that are the reason for its existence in the first place!!
