OMG! Honesty and integrity still exist at Dobbs South County. Dropped my vehicle off for oil change, rotate tires, wipers back & front, winterize my vehicle. I conducted business with Joe, AWESOME! He was both informative and thorough along with a great personality. He not only gave me what I needed...he also advised me of what I didn't need. Meaning he never once tried to sell me something I didn't need. Prices for service fit right into my budget. I believe Dobbs South County will forever be my one stop shop going forward. Thank YOU, Joe! You guys have my VOTE! Posted on Google also... they sent me an email acknowledging over a 100 views. I've been referring everyone to your shop to show how much you guys are appreciated. Thanks Again.

I originally came in just for tire rotation unfortunately I had to get more work than I originally thought. The guys at Dobbs took care of me. They were so nice. Joe was the sweetest. Gave me a ride home and came and picked me up. The next day I definitely recommend this place

Very pleased with the service at the location next to South County Mall. They were fast, thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. The service advisor, Tony, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and ensured that the oil change service was completed and the minor problem I had was resolved. It was great! I just came in for emissions and safety inspection but I was only there 10 minutes! I loved the service and the guys were friendly and charming.

I was in quite the bind, Friday on my way to St. Louis from Jefferson City my oil coolant line decided to burst. I had to be back in Jefferson City by Saturday night.
The first place I delt with couldn’t get to it till Thursday, they recommended trying Dobbs , so I did
I spoke with Joe he was very sympathetic with my situation. He told me Saturday is their busiest day but I can bring it in at 7 am and they’ll look at it as soon as they can. By 3 I had my car back and no more leak!!!!!!!!
I thank you Joe /Dobbs for your GREAT customer service and compassion, unfortunately it’s a very rare thing these days. Thanks again!!!!!!

I had an excellent experience with Dobbs. They were able to fix my alignment and wheel bearing issues so that I could safely and confidently hit the road. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the repair process thoroughly.

Throughout the repair process, the team kept me updated on the progress and any additional work that needed to be done. They were transparent about the costs and provided me with a fair estimate. Despite encountering some unexpected challenges, they never gave up and worked tirelessly to ensure that my vehicle was safe and roadworthy.

Great service, I took my car to them at 8 am and had a safety and emissions test along with having a ball joint replacement with an alignment. they had my car ready to pull off the lot by noon. Excellent costumer service.

Had an oil change, good service and on time. Followed Joe, parts manager as he moved here from Arnold store. Met manager Tony. Reception and waiting area very tidy and comfortable. Excellent customer service!

Went for a wheel alignment, appointment was at 10 went a little early, was done and out the door by 10;30 .
