Our experience with the store at 3600 Kingshighway has been great to this point. The two women at the front desk have been very helpful and professional while discussing towing options and exactly what would happen once the car reached their lot. The facility is clean and uncluttered. The initial walk around with their intake tech also was professional.

My Mazda had gotten hit not to long ago, and Caliber was one of the places the insurance company worked with so I gave them a shot, and I am glad I did. Extremely fast and friendly service, everyone there was very professional and helpful. I spoke with Gina on the phone several times and she was amazing and easy to work with. One thing I was worried about was the paint match, but it came out perfect and there's no way you'd be able to tell the new parts weren't the original from time of sale.

Also not only did they help me get my rental car situated and allow me to return it to their shop, but they also got my repairs done a full WEEK before the initial estimate.

Very very fast with their work. Turnaround time for rear bumper work was several days sooner than originally estimated. Provided daily uodates during the repair process keeping me in the loop

The guys did such a great job at repairing my passenger side mirror. As a women I felt very safe and that I was getting fair pricing. My car even got done early which was super nice as I had a trip to go on. Would recommend to anyone after my recent experience.

Yes they worked on my car super fast. It was way early before the date they had estimated it to be. I was thankful and was able to return to work much faster

Ron and the staff at Caliber were excellent. I was a little sad that the repairs took longer than what I assumed. However, the wait was well worth it. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail that was given to my claim. They made me feel appreciated and I value that quality very much. While I hope I do not have to see them in the future, it is a comfort to know they are there.

Simply outstanding service and work from this location. My car was stolen. The thieves damaged the front end and vandalized the interior. They smoked countless cigarettes inside---ash was everywhere and the car truly stunk.

Once Caliber on Kingshighway was done with it, the car looked even better than it did BEFORE it was stolen! The front end was impeccably repaired. And the interior is AMAZING. They not only repaired everything, but somehow, cleaned the inside so well that there's not a single trace of ash or scent of cigarette smoke. I seriously don't know how they did it. I was shocked when they showed it me. It looks like a brand new car right off the lot.

Along the way, every member of their staff was courteous, professional, informative, and kind. They kept me updated every step of the way. And even better---the car was completed and ready early! A tech walked out with me, let me look it over, and personally ensured my happiness. Which, again, was through the roof. I couldn't believe how great my car looked considering how trashed and damaged it was after it was stolen.

This place is top notch. You'll find no better work or customer service anywhere, period.

I was rear ended & had some damage to my bumper and door hatch. I was not happy & being a single mom going back and forth to get the work done was going to be a dilemma. The work was completed well & early. There was also a smooth connection between the shop & car rental company decreasing my anxiety with not having a helping hand.

I love my truck again!!! They made my truck gorgeous. Sue at the front desk was easy to work with and answered all my questions. She also stayed in touch. The gentleman who worked on my truck stayed In Touch with calls every step of the way. They made it easy and painless. I love my truck and the work they did. I want to drive it and show it off. I truly cannot speak highly enough about these folks. I was in the middle of moving cross country and had a previous Collision center work on our car. During the move, the repair work, which had been done incorrectly, came apart. I cold called this office asking to stop by. Not only did they literally drop what they were doing to take a look, but were incredibly kind and thorough in getting us back on the road quickly. If I lived anywhere close to this place, I'd go back and see this team any day of the week!
