Love Murphy Health and Fitness! I just moved to Murphy and found it surprising that a smaller community had such a state of the art facility for exercising. The pool is amazing as well as the group classes! The staff is super friendly and the facility is well maintained and clean!

Great place to get a workout in. They also offer massage guns a heated pool and a sauna. And they also have personal training people and everything if you get a membership. It is more expensive than the other gyms around the area but it does offer a little more.

I travel often, and usually am able to use my YMCA membership, but there wasn’t one nearby. Got a week pass to this gym and it’s one of the nicer ones I’ve been to. Will come again if back in the area.

I joined again after taking a break for a few years. I love it, it's clean, the pool is a nice temperature, lots of equipment, and I love the hydro massage chairs. Definitely recommend it ☺

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I train with Steven and I have to say for the first time in my life I am losing weight every day. I work out really hard for 30 minutes twice a week. That's all it takes. Steven is so knowledgeable and he knows exactly how far to push you. He also is very conscious of making sure you don't hurt yourself. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone. He knows all there is to know and he trained with the best. He also has a book that is super easy to read and has diet suggestions. I am so happy with my workouts with Steven.

Nice place to work out. I don't use any of the other facilities, but the gym is great. Variety of machines available, and usually not too crowded.

Been working out here for 12 months, clean swimming pool, great workout area with plenty of machines and free weights, nice attentive staff, plenty of fitness classes for every age and physical ability including Yoga.

Best gym around!!! Wonderful facility with a ton of state of the art equipment from strength training, cardio, free weights, sauna, hydro-massage, even an indoor pool. Also, all kinds of fitness classes, for every level of fitness. The classes start in the morning and continue until evening hours, to fit into whatever your schedule. The place is always spotless and the staff are always soooo positive and friendly… just walking through the door will put you in a good mood.

I come to this gym regularly so I'm probably biased. In the area you're limited on 24 hour fitness options and this one is a nice treat. They have an app where you can join scheduled group sessions for yoga and many other types of sessions. They also have a heated pool and sauna so what else can you ask for?

Very enjoyable place. There is so much to do there I end up spending hours there at a time. They have multiple class options, a pool, sauna and awesome hydo massage chairs!

We had some family stay at Kozy Cabin Retreat and the kids wanted to swim in a pool! Thankfully, Murphy Health and Fitness has a great pool and offer day passes to those visiting.
The kids had a great time ALL day long in the pool. Enjoyed a picnic at the tables provided and then of course, back in the pool.

5 stars is not enough for this place! The equipment is very modern, the place is super clean, the staff is super friendly,and the hydro massage chairs are out of this world.

They have the machines, weights, and facilities that you would expect at a gym in a bigger city. Finding a solid 25-yard lap swim pool in a small town is amazing. The staff is awesome.

Love the machines there. There our plenty of classes, the hydromassage, & a friendly & helpful staff. As a 69 yr old senior, the price w/ Silver Sneakers is TERRIFIC!

1st time gym member in my entire life !!!! My workout partner and I were looking to join a local gym and visited several in the surrounding areas .The staff is very friendly and is ready to help / explain any questions we asked I love that its a 24hr gym because with my busy life ( Mother of 5 children ) I can fit a workout in that's best for me also the equipment and gym as a whole is very clean and well managed if you don't home a home gym go check it out we love it 10 out of 10 PS the hydro massage chair is also a major plus

Great gym, even has a pool as you can see it's covered for now. Rates are fairly descent. Very friendly atmosphere and customer service. They offer numerous packages and expert advice as well as workout programs. My go to gym for a fast workout then hit the pool in the summer to cool off!! Check it out!!!
