Evie and Terri were a wonderful help as we tried on some very cute dresses. I went in planning to buy one dress and came out with four! Beautiful store! We fell in love with a couch and throw rug and had to get that too! I love their furnishings, very classic and peaceful.

I went in to find a dress I needed quickly. The ladies were the best. They helped me pick what looked best and was proper for the occasion. It was so nice cuz I was alone and they were just as great as if I was with my friends. Best service and genuinely kind.

The two ladies were so kind and patient with me as I tried to find the right dress for an occasion I had upcoming. They were helpful and fun too. Had they not helped me I would have left empty-handed. They even steamed the coat I bought for the occasion.

The staff here is so friendly and go above and beyond for their customers satisfaction! Carie and crew even let us re-arrange some store displays to do a mock up of our ideas. We will be back for more next month! Thanks again Carie for getting us some great deals on promotions and making our Cabin in Pine Valley a perfect retreat!

Holly and Carie at the St. George location, are AWESOME! They are very knowledgeable about the merchandise they sale and take the time to make it a wonderful experience. The prices are very competitive (actually better than most furniture stores in St. George)

The gals in the store tonight were exceptionally helpful. We had lots of questions and if they didn’t know right off hand the answer - they found it! Loved their helpful attitudes and expertise. DOWNEAST is a great stop when furniture shopping!

Cheyanne welcomed us so darn cute we felt so special!!! She is an absolute doll! It was so nice to see a familiar friendly face as we shopped! She sold us a beautiful wood table we were so able to find after a long day of looking and searching!

One of the sales associates was so kind in helping me with a dress that I wanted off of a mannequin. She not only got it for me, but helped me to make sure that it was the right fit. I really appreciate her help!

The service I received at DownEast was incredible. Candy was wonderful, helpful, and patient. She really knew the products well and had helpful insights/input to share. She was wonderful but not pushy at all. Will definitely go back!

I had not been in the clothing section, what a nice surprise and selection. I actually purchased a couple of the rings you sell, so cute.

I also purchased a lovely throw blanket and a couple of great faux plants. I was lucky to come in on a sale of 30% off, what a great deal. Very happy with my purchases.

DownEast is the most refreshing place to shop! After shopping everywhere else I know I I can go there and find something I love! And they actually still have sales. DownEast still carries the classy “I can still wear a whole shirt” and look fantastic and in style. The sales people are so helpful but they don’t drive you crazy. Thanks DownEast for making clothes that real people can actually wear!!!

The clothes are all high quality, I can tell they will last a long time. They had all my sizes and a great selection of clothing. The person there at the time helped me pick out amazing clothes that I never would have picked for myself, but were so perfect. My teaching outfits just got a lot better!

Great customer service. Cute and quality clothing items. Good sales and clearance racks. I love their bi-annual sale when I can catch it. I rarely go into the store where I can’t find what I’m looking for.

My friend and I stopped in to look around and were happy to find so many cute shirt, pants, and dresses. There were three or four sales ladies in there, and each one of them was helpful and very friendly. My friend and I agreed that very few places make you feel so attended to nowadays. The sales ladies really treated us like valued customers in every way.
