I set aside today to get new insurance quotes and Allstate was one of the companies I chose to get quotes and then out of the blue Kayli sent me a text message which I thought was kismet. I moved my auto and home over to Allstate from Progressive. Congratulations Kayli!!!

During due diligence I showed up unexpectedly. The office was open. People very friendly. Went in after 5 minute wait. Got water and coffee while we talked. Kristen made changes to my policy I wanted right away. Got temporary car insurance cards good for 2 months right away. Permanent cards mailed within a week. I emailed friends about this place.

I've been working with insurance companies for a long time and had one of the easiest and best experiences. Katie Reasor went above and beyond for us for all our wants and needs! If you're looking for a new agency I would highly recommend Britt Stenders office!

Okay I'm going to start off with this place is awesome great customer service great first time experience with them specially with Kayli Greco she helped me a lot she had patience and that was awesome she helped me switched over from these terrible people from AAA Insurance to their Insurance Allstate and I'm glad I'm with Allstate and their insurance company and like I said great customer service so far and thank you so much Kayli for your customer service and patience thank you sooooo much if anybody wants to switch insurance I suggest you go to Allstate and just go to this office or any Allstate office cause everybody's nice and they can work with you in any situation thanks guys 👍👍👍👏👏👏

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Over the last year they’ve raised my monthly payment (which I don’t understand how bc it’s a set amount paid over a 6 month period) over $50! They lied & quoted me way lower when I was thinking about purchasing a vehicle, & once I bought it they raised the price on me & couldn’t explain why. When I got rear-ended THEY WOULDNT ANSWER TO HELP ME. I’ve never been in a wreck, never been pulled over & never made a late payment. I had to rely on the insurance agent of the person who hit me to answer my questions & help me understand what happens next. When Britt Stenders office FINALLY reached out they really didn’t have anything to say. Even when I called to cancel they didn’t care why, or even care to get me to stay; & IVE MADE ON TIME PAYMENTS FOR YEARS. THIS WAS MY FIRST INSURANCE COMPANY! Absolutely terrible experience & I’m sad to have waisted so much time & money on disgusting people. Britt Stender & his team DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. If you’re reading this please heed
this warning & look LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Greed! They will fight tooth and nail to save them money, not help you! Look elsewhere.
