I was there to purchase a birthday present for my son-in-law. I asked the store associate for what I was looking for. He helped me I was in and out of that store in 5 minutes and he gave me the biggest discount. I signed up for rewards because because this is my new place. For real it was great customer service and of course I got a great product.

Bob was amazing, knew my size for my body type right away. Excellent customer service.

Brooks brothers is the classiest clothing store, It cost a lot but you get what you pay for. My dad got a card there and bought 2 complete outfits while getting me a hat. The workers are dressed professionally and are polite. They aren't snooty and uptight, but still maintain the appearance of not being rough looking.

You need to ask for Bob. He knows exactly how to fit any body style. My husband looks sooooooo good after Bob styled him up ;)

Very good!! Not friendly service though. Employees didn't seem to care about customers. They were on their phones....
