Bought a pair of boots today . Salesman Boomer Helped me with my selection . His friendless, knowledgeable of each style of boot was extremely helpful . He was very welcoming and polite. Please ask for Boomer he will definitely assist u even especially when u are indecisive. Extremely neat and clean store.

Found this Cavender's to be a very clean and big place. They had everything I could have imagined! A huge hat and boot selection. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and very pleasant to deal with. I grabbed a new pair of Ariat boots and a Stetson. I will definitely visit on my return trip to Missouri!

Picked up some new boots today it was my first time at cavenders. I had a great experience there. The staff were very helpful and friendly. After trying on 15 different different boots that i liked. I found the pair that best fit my needs and budget. They really do have a huge selection. I will be shopping here again.

A special store with original products, special and of the best quality! I am very sorry that I have not met such stores in Europe, although I have noticed that they are also quite rare in the United States too.

If you want a dress boot or gear this is place. But I offer this advise. If you want a dress boot, or going out look. This is your place. They have some work wear also. But there is a better place in my opinion for selection, availability and pricing and that would be Chuck's. Don't hate this store is very nice. So nice, but it is for the going out. Honky Tonkin not really. I'm going to get dirty in the mud and I need a boot that's going to last but I seriously suggest going. If you're in the chest field area most definitely go. The staff is amazing. Very friendly, very hospitable prices weren't bad either

Clean, well organized store with friendly staff. Parking lot is wheelchair accessible, though front entryway does not have automated doors. Lights are high, fluorescent, and do not flicker for photosensitive folks. Wide selection of hats, boots, jewelry, accessories, clothes, workwear, and more. Good mix of domestic and imported goods, as expected.

Came in on a Wednesday evening to buy a cowboy hat with my girlfriend. We are an interracial lesbian couple and were welcomed and helped kindly and attentively by Rose, who provided excellent customer service. We will surely be back for all of our boot scootin' needs :)

Visited their store here didn't have time to visit ft worth stockyards location but sure it has a great selection like st Louis Chesterfield location. Nice salespeople

This store has an excellent selection of Cowboy hats, boots, and belts. The store was quite large and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful while we were shopping. Cavender's products are very high in quality. I bought a cowboy hat from this location a few years ago and it is still in great condition considering the usage. During our last visit I was pleasantly surprised about the selection of western shirts available at this location.

This is best store in town for western wear that I'm aware of. Quite far from my home but I typically visit a couple times a year to shop for myself or family. Huge selection of boots.
