On a scale of 1 to 10…Dr. Brown is an absolute 30! She is a very knowledgeable, kind sweet and FUNNY! She Explained to me my concerns, and I feel very educated On how to keep a clean & healthy mouth! I had to have a couple of fillings done, and it was absolutely painless, even after the numbness wore off. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I’ll be coming here for the rest of my life!!!
Also, Michelle the front desk, Was so sweet! You don’t get that too often nowadays! It’s nice to know that there is a friendly face to a friendly voice over the phone! She is very knowledgeable, and will answer all of your questions as needed! I give this place seven stars! The assistant was amazing as well! Kat Was her name and she is absolutely unforgettable! I love the relationship, the doctor and her have together. They are very compatible and made me feel right at home!

I was very pleased with my Hygienists, Named Laura, She Made Sure I Was Comfortable, And Pain Free During My Deep Cleaning. Everyone In The Office Are Very Pleasant And Efficient!

Once again this group of professionals met the high standard of patient care. From the very cordial receptionist, Michelle, to my dental hygienist, Jessica, to the SUPERB dentist, Dr Brown, I couldn't expect more!!! Also comfortable very clean waiting area with beautiful relaxing fish tank to calm any unnecessary fears you might have going to the dentist. My cleaning went unremarkably and efficiently with no complaints by me. Glad I found this extraordinary dental office for maintaining my dental health.

I just had my first visit here today, and it was wonderful. Both of the front desk ladies were friendly and welcoming. I didn't have to wait long before I was taken back to the room. My dental assistant Kathy was funny, personable, and calming! Dr. Brown came in and went over my x-rays and did my cleaning. She was sweet and thorough and also made sure it was comfortable the whole time, which I really appreciated. I definitely plan on using them as my new dentist.

Everyone was very warm and welcoming - the x-rays took a long time but there were a lot of them! The technician was kind and as efficient as possible and Dr Brown was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

I have been truly terrified of dentists and dentist offices for most of my life. But Midwest Dental made me feel most comfortable. They are amazing at explaining what is going to happen and answering any questions that you have about what has been done or what needs to be done. They truly care about your experience and make conversation with you. They move fast. I was in and out before I knew it.

My initial new patient visit with Midwest Dental was fantastic. The reception was fine and the eam was the most thorough I have had in years. The staff was welcoming and personable.

I had my check up yesterday at Midwest Dental on Watson and I was surprised at the good experience I had. As a long, long time patient of Dr. Mainhurst I was a little skeptical to go back to this office, but, I decided to give it a shot.

Well, the dental hygienist I had, Jess, was fabulous.....very friendly and so informative...I hope she is there for a long, long time. She also gave me a fluoride treatment something I had never had before, ever, and I was a patient of Dr. Mainhurst's for over 25 years. She explained new things they are now doing with regard to cleaning teeth and gave me suggestions for healthier gums. She really cares about the patient and it shows.

The only sad thing when I arrived I discovered that Erin was no longer there. She was the last of the old group. I will miss her, please tell her.

But, life goes on and so although I was nervous about a new dentist, Dr. Brown was great & I got good news of no cavities and f/u in 6 months.

So, I will be back.....thanks guys for making my visit a good experience. Linda

I had a procedure done for deep scaling and planing. I had to have nerve blocks in all 4 quadrants and I was dreading the nerve blocks.I have had many nerve blocks, and I can honestly say that is the best nerve blocks I have had. I complimented Dr. Kyle on his technique. I was very happy with the results and Dr. Kyle and all his staff were very professional, warm, and welcoming. I am going back in short time for my follow up cleaning... Just wonderful experience. Sharon...
