This is the best airpark in the south. The neighbors are friendly. We have a 3000’ pilot controlled lighted runway. Instrument approach runways are close by. This airpark is close enough to Charlotte and far enough away to be out of the rat race.

Gold Hill Airpark is a private airport. Twenty-four homes surround the 3000 foot paved and lighted runway 9/27. CTAF frequency is 122.97. Pilot controlled lighting, five clicks on CTAF. No fuel or services on the property.
