Loved the cocktails! Got an old fashioned with a mezcal and the gaucho bowl. Big fan of the vibe in this place. The servers were very helpful - def coming back

We've been regularly coming here for over 10 years and it is still one of our favourite places to go. The guac is simple and delicious, and the carnitas are to die for! Pictured is Grande Nachos with Carnitas #MatadorRocks

Very nut allergy friendly - don't think anything on the menu has nuts.

We walked in with 9 people and were seated pretty quickly on a weekday at 5:30PM. Service was a little slow to bring drinks and take orders (barely made the happy hour 6PM cutoff) but food came out pretty quickly (within 15 minutes).

My whole table ordered variants of the happy hour 3- or 5- taco option and I got the Nachos Grande with marinated steak. The price point for their happy hour is extremely reasonable for the quantity of food served. My Nachos Grande could've fed three people. Out of the tacos I tried, I enjoyed the carnitas the most.

Solid happy hour option in the area!

My wife and I have been regular customers for something like 12 years. We love The Matador because the food is always great and well-priced, great drinks, 1/2 off premium tequila Tuesday is amazing [get a flight!] and the vibe is uniquely welcoming. I've been to almost every location too, including Idaho and Oregon. It's a quality experience every time you walk in their door. #MatadorRocks

Had the Divorciada and the enchiladas were really good with more than I could eat. I didn't care for the house salsa personally and the chips were a bit stale but great service and exceptional atmosphere.

Update: We keep going here almost once every month. We simply love it!!!

Outstanding experience. Great food, superb service, friendly staff, and lively ambience. I keep going to this place again and again. I don't know how we manage to reach there only during Happy Hours, and we love the Happy Hours menu. Margaritas were good too.

Great happy hour prices on food and drink (from 4-6pm). The tacos were tasty as was the guacamole "flight" with additional salsas. Bartender was generous with serving the chips and on time to keep our beers refilled. Parking is a little tricky even in the assigned parking lot, but I think that is everywhere in downtown Redmond these days.

We find the dining experience at the Matador Redmond to be, in addition to good food and service, uplifting and enjoyable. All personnel have been friendly and helpful. The happy hour is without rival in the area! We are frequent diners there and find the experience consistent all the time. #MatadorRocks

My husband and I stayed in Redmond for a week (visiting from Indiana). We ate here twice during that visit and had great food and atmosphere both times. We were exploring the city by bike and loved that there was a seat next to a fire.

The Matador became better and better. The happy hour in Redmond location is such a highlight. Always awesome atmosphere, great staff. We enjoy spending evenings there, please, stay forever🍸

My friend and I came in, not expecting much but we had such a great time!!! We found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Our server’s name was Jay and she was so nice and attentive. We asked her a bunch of questions about the tequila they offered and she was very knowledgeable. Love that she would come and drop off more napkins and extras without us having to ask. The other girls there were cute and friendly as well. Even though it was pretty busy when we went in, we were taken care of and I would definitely come back next time I’m in town. Thanks Jay!!

Our first visit here and we loved it. Food, Service, and drinks are all top notch. We will definitely be stopping here every time we are in town. Was great at about 1pm on a Saturday. People there but not super busy and got seated right away.

The Cadillac Margaritas are excellent! If you can’t decide just start there. We had the Quesabirria and Carnitas Quesadillas. Both were great but the Quesabirria is to die for.

Service was great. Attentive and friendly host, waitress, and servers.

Worth a stop in to try it out!

I've never had a bad experience here. Their happy hour is one of the best in the area. Always have good drinks and I recommend their nachos and their Verde enchiladas. #MatadorRocks

Grabbed dinner with a close friend [to catch up] and they were adamant on this particular location- while at first I was reluctant [we both live more North and commute south to Redmond] afterwords I understood why. Everything about the experience proved to be a memorable experience [which catching up with a good friend can also contribute to]: despite having not the most ideal seats [high bar tables] due to the business at the particular time we went [~7:30 pm]; the environment, food, and service quickly quenched any distaste. I remember making a mental note of seeing how the waiters/waitresses interacted with one another in between making their rounds and how it acts as a testament of the apparent good environment- they appear to genuinely enjoy their jobs which in turn makes the experience all the more enjoyable. Long story short, I can now see why Matador is my friends' favorite restaurant!

Happy hour nachos were insane value and delicious

I have come repeatedly to Matador in Redmond and have been collecting great experiences. Great service, the environment is cozy, food and drinks with quality. I love their house margarita, just wish there was more tequila on it! #matadorRocks

Great ambience, polite staff, amazing food, nice drinks. Very nice location across Redmond city center, right along Molly Moo ice cream. Ample seating including outdoor seats. Reasonably priced for the portion size. Will come back again :)

We stopped in for happy hour and they had good prices for food! The chips and salsa are are good and the street tacos are good too. They even have vegan options (beyond meat)

The tacos are great! They have happy hour from 10 pm to 0 am. People come for the happy hour and the atmosphere is wonderful.

When I moved to the PNW from SoCal I made peace with the fact I might not have good Mexican food here. Matador changed my mind instantly. From the moment you walk in, there’s a cozy and inviting ambiance.

The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes. My favorites are the chicken and cheese enchiladas with the roasted habanero sauce, which are bursting with flavor and generously filled.

The service is top-notch; the staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic and delightful Mexican meal. #MatadorRocks
