Swedish Redmond Campus

I had an emergency which another medical facility didn’t handle well. They sent me home and things became worse, so I went to Swedish. Glad I did. I couldn’t think straight and they had to transfer me to a more specialized campus. This could have gone horribly, but in retrospect I can’t imagine them doing a better job.

Eventually I came back for what turned out to be kidney stones and again they were great, from check in to billing.

Honestly the most nice staff starting from the check in to leaving. Everyone was super professional and sweet. I don’t know why I haven’t been there yet. Thank you so much for taking care of my family :-)

My family has needed to visit the urgent care campus several times over the last few months. Each experience has been positive with the best one being a sharp medical intern who suspected that my son had mono even though he just barely tested positive and had just started to show signs. I am very happy to have quality care available when there isn't time to wait for a regular medical appointment.

The receptionist I talked to on the phone was a tad sassy, but she seemed nicer than the other two urgent care clinics I called, which is why I went here.

The doctor was really nice/easy going, gave me an accurate diagnosis (fractured rib), plus plenty of advice regarding what I can/can't do, how to let it heal better.

There was no wait when I got there (lunchtime on a weekday). The receptionists were very nice in person and I was in and out in about an hour.

I was seen by Dr. Harry N. Pepe III along with physician assistant Johnny. They were extremely helpful and kept the mood light. This is one of the first times where I actually enjoyed my visit to the doctor's office. PA Johnny is a respectable professional and has earned my absolute respect.

Thank you Swedish Medical for having such great doctors and staff. I feel comfortable placing my trust in them!

an incident on 4/9/21 required me to seek medical care in the emergency room at swedish hospital. i needed to get stitches and i knew that i would get excellent care at this swedish hospital. we arrived before 5pm and i was signed in and taken back to the exam room immediately. the staff was excellent, so professional and compassionate. i was reassured that i would be getting the best possible treatment, and relaxed in their competent care. the nurses/techs and doctor was extraordinary. i was seen by dr. loren gorosh who took the time to provide enough numbing before applying the best stitching possible. the wound is well approximated and the treatment was perfect. i was given the best patient teaching throughout treatment, and at the end of treatment. antibiotics were called into our pharmacy of choice.
with all honesty i can say that i received the best treatment possible and am in deep gratitude for the incredibly competent staff at swedish. i say this as a retired nurse who knows excellent care was received at swedish emergency room. a hospital is only as good as the staff who work there and this hospital gets 5 stars +. excellent doctor and staff!

they provided wonderful service and care to our elderly parent. we were immediately taken back to the exam room and seen by nurse and doctor on saturday 5/18/19, in the evening. the man at the front desk was fabulous and helped us get information because the parent was confused. I was very impressed with dr. Stephen Bretz because of his skills and manner. I would also like to recognize Stephanie for excellent care and compassion. what a fabulous team that provided excellence in care. we felt safe and well cared for and respected. thanks so very much! i should know great care when I see it as I have been a nurse for around 30 years. this is now my go-to place for any emergency or urgent care.

I love how FAST, friendly, patient and professional the staff are. It’s worth the drive every time I need to go in the ER. The hospital is clean too and that’s an A+++ for me. The staff are young too, and that impressed me, because young and old we all should be given professional opportunities to work.

Great experience start to finish. Started at Urgent Care and then was recommended to Emergency for additional imaging. All done promptly and with a very caring and empathetic attitude. Complete professionalism at every stage of the day. Would highly recommend.

I went in last week and saw PA-C Ryan Narciso. He was one of the best providers ive ever seen he was extremely helpful and thorough. I had been on the fence going to Swedish I haven't ever been there before because of not having an insurance that be taken. I was told it be super fast and it was! I walked in and they already set me up in a room and I was in and out in less than an hr and a half. I wish I hadn't been in a hurry I would of loved to get more of the royal treatment but I was on my lunch. I wish I could have Ryan as my primary care physician!

Easy to get appointment. Seeing Dr. Le, very helpful and seems competent. The MyChart system allows you to communicate with your provider - Dr. Le answers questions promptly and that is a great help to ask followup questions like do I need to come see you for this, ordering prescription refills, etc. A great help. And this facility is the ONLY medical facility who has ever asked what we thought of their service.

My friend went to Evergreen first because he was having unbearable pain in his side. He had to go to the emergency room. They gave him a shot of some sort of pain killer, and did a test to which the conclusion was "You're stomach seems abnormally expanded." Then they sent him home. They didn't do anything else, it was like they just assumed it was flatulence.

He went to Swedish the next day, in agonizing pain. They helped him immediately. It turned out that he had a parasite in his stomach. They prescribed him pain killers, and something to get rid of the parasite. They were caring, and they were not condescending (as they were at Evergreen). I think the reason they were so negligent at Evergreen was because he is on the lowest form of state insurance, but that didn't seem to affect his level of care at Swedish.

Wow! Every woman that I worked with in the urgent care facility was so wonderful, front desk, nurses, technician and my docter. They really made me feel comfortable and they were fast and attentive.

No wait, clean and quiet. Security guard at front door made me feel welcome and safe! Went in for a work related back injury and they set me up with L & I .

First time in this Clinic and I was treated very kindly with a lot of respect the doctors and staff we're very well and effective at communicating my treatment plan. 10 stars if I could

I've had to come in twice in the last year( it's been a fun year) and both times had very good care. Very kind and helpful attendants from the desk to the doctor

Easy access, great staff

My PCP is here and I've also visited several specialists and the ER over the past 3 years. Highly satisfied with quality of care and compassion of staff.

Nice people love the staff . They know what they r doing .
I had a concussion, they diagnostic . The doctors at Evergreen could not .big thumbs up for that .

Professional, got us in immediately, addressed our concerns. We received the care we needed. I recommend this facility.

Always clean and it doesn't smell too chemically. Staff is friendly and helpful.
