However, Gregory Page, the manager at this store, went above and beyond to ensure that I received the service I needed.

When I called, Gregory quickly checked the stock availability of the battery over the phone, which was a great help. He confirmed that it was in stock and I brought my car in for the replacement. Gregory changed the battery quickly and with a positive attitude, even though he was the only employee available at the time.

I was thoroughly impressed with Gregory's exceptional customer service skills and professionalism. He made the experience memorable and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend the Advanced Auto Parts store at 3510 Gravois for anyone in need of automotive supplies or services.

What a rainy, frozen day! And Greg of Advance Auto Parts is fantastic. He is a major multitasker - helping all customers quickly and courteously. What a nice guy! He quickly helped one customer while pulling on his coat to help me put on my wind shield wiper.

Went inside to retrieve my UPS package from Amazon - when did UPS start using retail stores as holding facilities for undelivered packages? It's like having a concierge service right down the street from you! The employee at Advance retrieved my package quickly and w/ a smile. Love it!

You don't go to many parts stores and the guys come from behind the counter to help you find what's on the other side at this one I do seems like an AutoZone all you get is Lane 5 somewhere
