Rick Maddox of Maddox Metal Roofing is extremely knowledgeable, honest, direct, and capable. He helped us navigate the process of obtaining Bronze Certification for the NC wind and hail insurance mitigation/damage prevention program, which was a lifesaver for our home and our budget. The job that he did saved our home during Hurricane Florence. He was meticulous and professional, and paid attention to the smallest details. He always came back when we had questions or concerns and years later, recommended and installed a REME HALO LED Whole Home Induct Air Purifier, which is a game changer in today's COVID world. My husband, Luis Hernandez, and I have the upmost respect for Rick and we highly recommend him.

I had quotes from several companies to replace my roof. While I was looking for a better deal my ceiling collapsed overnight because of the leakage. The only company who picked up the phone and came out shortly to put a tarp on the roof was Maddox metal roofing( My friend had a great experience with them). I explained upfront that budget was a concern to me and they had no problem with that. They told me to call my insurance company and file the claim. They also explained me how insurance works and what to expect. The crew came early and stayed late to get the job done. The entire team worked hard and got our roof tore off, installed, and cleaned up in a beyond reasonable time. They are fast, professional, provide excellent service and prompt communication. My roof looks terrific, better than any other house in our subdivision.

I had been told by another local roofing company that I quickly needed to replace my entire metal roof. I contacted Maddox Metal Roofing for a second opinion and they answered my call, promptly came to my home and preformed a full roof inspection. Rick was certain I did not need a new roof and recommended a professional roof cleaning company to provide a wash. He was very professional, responsive, prompt, and efficient. Superior work! We had Rick Maddox install a new FORTIFIED roof after Hurricane Florence wreaked havoc on our beach home. His team did amazing work including working over the Thanksgiving holiday. Had them install a metal roof and their work was ok even though seemed as though it took forever to complete. The hurricane blew a piece off. I have talked to the owner four times. Each time he would tell me that he would come by and repair it. It has been three months and have not seen him. He does not stand behind his work and has lied to me on each occasion. The roof was installed a year ago.
