Dunkin'

Alanah is great. Dropped my Dunkin donuts cup and the lid broke up. Was going to buy another coffee mug. She informed me that they have replacement lids so I didn’t have to buy another cup. James and Sara(h) also always give great service. As well as Jess.

I stop here every morning on my way to work even though I live closer to another dunkin.
The crew here is awesome, friendly and helpful.
Never have any issues with orders. My coffee is always on point at this location and I adore the staff that I've gotten to know over time.

This is THE best dunking hands down in MHC. I refuse to go to the other one down on arrendel by the Lowes foods. They have terrible coffees and the donits never have hardly any icing with sprinkles on them and who wants to buy a huge round donut of just the bread? So we started going to the one in front of Walmart and they are AMAZING!! I will drive the extra 4 mins to go there every single time!

One of the better stores I've been in... Food is always good (Breakfast and donuts). Service is always good. Even when busy in the morning they still rock it out!!! Some People need to understand that when it comes to food they prepare the food to order. So it may take a few minutes if you got breakfast other than donuts that is already made. They do a GREAT job every morning I'm in there knocking the line down fast along with dealing with the drive through. Keep up the GREAT work!!!!!

Fantastic place, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Most even know my order when I walk in. Even when super busy I don't wait long, they are moving quickly to get everyone taken care of. Store is very clean. One of the only Dunkin buildings I will go to. They do need to make the donut that has apple filling in it an every day staple. I'm always trying to find those when I go in. So good!

Service was fast and accurate. Employees may have been at the end of their shift and not so cheerful. No hard feelings I completely understand I think the important thing is that they got the order right!

They always get your order right and know how to make a proper coffee!

Look I don't ever post google reviews really but this dunkin is actually freakin awesome they barely ever get my order wrong and it always tastes amazing and the staff is so sweet and I love you guys thanks for fueling my day!!!!

This location is amazing!! Sometimes they're understaffed and fall behind, or they mess up an order. For the most part they make up for it by having wonderful attitudes. Love coming here! DUNKIN FOR LIFE!!

They are very shorthanded, working hard, patient and friendly! It is so sad that people are getting away with sitting on their butts at home and not working when others are busting theirs! Keep hustling guys! My food and coffees were great!

I love this place! I'm a coffee-aholic so I always go here when I need a pick me up in the mornings and the staff is always friendly and even with the long lines they are pretty fast and get everyone taken care with nice friendly performance!

They were very professional, and fixed my order when I requested the wrong kind of donuts without any complaints or "looks."

They make good caramel macchiatos!

Manager here is the most amazing! All employees are very friendly and service is great! Line may be a bit long in the mornings and afternoons but it's well worth the wait!

Tagged along with my friend who was being a total Karen and complaining about her blood sugar, got a free drink, it was good, guy who helped us was really patient and did well tolerating her BS. Kudos

Above and beyond customer service. Handled the long line quite quickly. And writing "Happy 13th Birthday" on my daughter's cup just topped it all of.
