First Citizens Bank

Always pleasant. This may sound odd but most banks keep it super hot in the winter. The temp in first citizens always feels refreshing not a sweat box

THE STAFF HERE AT THIS LOCATION, FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY HELPFUL, BANKING WITH THEM SINCE I MOVED HERE FROM CALIFORNIA, MY PARENTS HAVE BANKED WITH THEM FOR AT LEAST 20YRS

The service here was quite friendly and personable. I also appreciated their professionalism. I had to attend with an acquaintance who could not go alone. I was please to see that the clerks treated their client with respect and dignity and carried out all their work diligently. I didn't take note of any management staff but the clerks seemed well in charge of the work and duties they had to do.

They were knowledgeable in their software and performed their work without pause and seemed intent on providing quality service.

The parking lot is well kept up. The waiting area is simply appointed and attractive.

Avoid the drive through! Absolutely ridiculous how long one transaction takes! Go inside where service is expedient and friendly! Will be using Swansboro location for all my drive through needs in the future.

Very courteous and knowledge staff. Always willing to help and answer questions. After dealing with 3 other local bank we have switched all of our accounts to First Citizens.

Been in there 3 times to take car of mymoms account and twice a certain telephone has been rude and snobbish.

One of the worst customer service and worst bank in the world they didn’t help me with anything especially associates and the bankers it’s just disgusting.
That bank is terrible don’t even try!!!!
