I'm here all the time. I love the setup and the service usually is great though at times it can be busy. I've used the pickup often and it's usually completed and ready in 20 to 30 minutes and you get to park in the first parking places to pick it up. Mulch is usually more expensive here than in Jacksonville however, but if you use the app you can know what is on sale and even better what aisle things are in. The paint section had always been amazing and matched my paints exactly and the lumber yard was able to cut my lumber in a day when they were busy with a number of orders for an upcoming hurricane. Great products and awesome customer service. Mr Robert and other management members (Mr. Dave, Mr. Jeff, Mr. Ryan, Mr. Joe, and Ms. Lisa) helped us throughout our recovery process from hurricane Florence. Management also helped me through the recovery process of being hospitalized from an obstructed and twisted intestine. We were provided the best in-stock products available along with exceptional service with a smile which is lacking in a lot of businesses today. My wife and I could not have made it without your help! THANK YOU!

This is a very nice Lowes. It is probably a Flagship store. Layout is nice, bathroom at front. Clean, personnel are friendly.

Went for red-type flowers and came out with two sets of the same flower for the same price but in purple. Quick thinking by Lowe's sales team. Every Lowe's I visit is consistent it's almost like they all go to the same training and H.R. seminar. Very helpful yesterday, I found the same high-level service. Still, help people. It makes you think if we could pass on just a little bit of positivity, then those people and so on. Just a thought and maybe hope you.

I spend lots of money here! Every time I go to the appliance department the gentleman always seems to disappear.. for 30minutes to an hour or more!

Instead of leaving the store to buy appliances somewhere else, I had the manager come to the front and explain the situation of how we can never order appliances in person every time we try and would rather shop here but will gladly take our business and money somewhere else.

The manager lady was super understanding, very apologetic and wanted to make sure we were taken care of instantly.

She brought us to appliances desk, had another employee help her and she made the transaction possible, She was a hero!

She runs a tight ship and now she is aware of how most customers feel dreading the appliance department at her store. I’m sure she will handle it accordingly for future customers.

Super glad that store has her and that we were able to make our purchase we wanted with great customer service!

Excellent store for home improvement needs (five stars) I visited Lowe's Swansboro today and was incredibly pleased with my experience. I needed paint and garden supplies, and found everything I was looking for. The products were high–quality and priced. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they helped me load the items into my car. I would recommend this door to anyone who needs home improvement items. Lowe's Swansboro is an excellent store with great service and selection.

Just like every other Lowe's, helpful employees and have everything you could possibly need to do a job and if they don't have it, they will 100% of the times get it.

On this trip to lowes I struck gold. Two discontinued vanities for 50 each WITH faucets. The gentlemen who assisted me with these was extremely helpful and pleasant. I wish I had caught his name.. he needs a raise!!

I went into Lowe’s at the lumbar dept. door looking for something to add to our outdoor storage building and They thank goodness Wiley and Mike Coyne were there to greet me! I had a picture of a ramp but needed to extend it. I thought with lumber/boards. They kindly looked at picture I had; they trouble shot it and recommend stone so out to the garden dept. we go. I picked out the stone. They took e back to lumber to check out and loaded the stone. They were THE BEST. Thank you guys! Now I can surprise my husband with a completed project before he gets home from work! KUDOS TO THEM! Awesome employees!!!!!!! 🙏🤗🇺🇸. Go Lowe’s!!!!!

Even though Lowes did not have the microwave we are looking for , at least 4 associates asked to help us , and the funny part of this story is several of the associates at Lowes used to be management of Wal Mart # 1355 in Morehead City , Right across the parking lot from Lowes ! So now Lowes has very happy friendly helpful employees through out the whole store ! Lowes is doing something right and Wal Mart , well they treat the associates like dirt , they lie, and cheat associates who were very loyal right up until Kou Xang quit ! See like I always say what goes around comes around !

Went in to look for a simple door and the proper door would have been very expensive but the man in that department gave me some great advice on options. Also, I had an order that was getting delivered in different parts and the first delivery was at a time I could not make. I spoke with the girl at customer service and she coordinated so that the different parts of the delivery would all come on the same day which makes my life much easier

Was pleasantly surprised with all the choices of appliances and other household items. If it's not in stock, it can be ordered and delivered in a short time.

I shop here all the time. If they don't have something I need, they will order it from another store.

*Since this last post, I have become a Lowe's Pro with the American Express card. You have your own counter to help you with orders, checking out and loading your vehicle if needed.

My purchase was not ringing up correctly, but Kelly was able to get it fixed without me having to wait. She was quick to respond when the cashier called her and she was pleasant to deal with. I appreciate it Kelly. The guys were also helpful and quick to get me loaded. I want to say one of them was Ken? I forget, but thanks to you guys as well.

My hip was hurting when I got there. Got on one of those carts they have. Had enough power to cruise me all over the store while shopping for rugs found the rug we like. Lowe's attendant wrapped it up nicely taken it up and brought it to the car for us

Flooring department representative last name Forty, was so awesome. He worked through my order for carpet over the phone. He had such patience when my card kept getting declined because of the security limit the bank places on it. Then he gave me the number to my bank to call after hours to get the purchase authorization. So grateful for human beings that still have a little patience left in the tank, unlike so many of us after COVID-19.
