Patty is WONDERFUL! In the other survey I also stated I hope she comes back every year because she is the only one I want doing my taxes.

I have been using Jackson Hewitt and the same tax preparer, Melissa Willey, for many years. She is the best tax preparer you could ever have!! I will always use Melissa Willey as my tax preparer!

Very helpful and knowledgeable associate about taxes. Polite and professional when she speaks with you. And explains what you can do with your employer to help reduce your federal taxes.

The process has been easy. Personal attention to my questions and concerns. Overall the past couple years have been excellent.

At the beginning, I was skeptical and nervous, but her professionalism and knowledge quickly changed my nervousness. I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. Mrs. Patricia's sympathetic to my cause being a senior citizen and a widow on a fixed income. I was treated as family. She showed empathy and patients explaining as she's prepared my forms with clarity to my utmost understanding. Which speaks volumes to her professional being an excellent asset to the Jackson Hewitt Tax Company. I am very satisfied with senior citizen discounts to be within affordable .financial means.

I have to go to Morehead walmart to do my taxes,because the one in New Bern Walmart never has anyone there. The lady in Morehead is nice and very help full, I will be going back to her next year.
