I have always found Best Buy to be a good place with helpful staff.

I went there to be educated on Apple Mac products. Steven was amazing. He answered all my questions and demo'd software I may need to do the tasks I will need to do. I am not ready to purchase yet, but will shortly in the future. Thank you Steven.

This Best Buy has come a long way from when they opened. I remember the first employee I met not even knowing that buying a hard drive for a laptop was an option. Your employees are top notch, each and every one of them. They go above and beyond to help you reach what you need and if they can't, they find someone who can instead of pretending or trying to muddle through helping you. Thank you!!

I give this place 5 stars because of the staff, they are really friendly and honest about this store. It's small compared to many other locations, and that's really a shame because this amazing crew thrives on helping clients.they unfortunately have very little accessories, and most stuff has to be ordered online . Dont let this discourage you from going there as they may help you find substantial savings and even give you some helpful substitute options if possible. By the way, there is a guy there that looks like the rapper "the Game". He is very nice and respectful, and Joy is a very warm and friendly person who checked me out as well.

I do hope they are on the list to expand and bring in more merchandise as they are in a great location for in and out traffic and next to other stores. If you need the best buy geeks, they truly do an amazing job also. Check them out

A nice Best Buy. For this particular visit we had an appointment with Geek Squad to fix an iPhone that was still under warranty. The agents were great to deal with and fixed our phone. Our only issue is that our name was typed wrong when the account was created by the agent and apparently Best Buy software won’t let them change the name 🤦‍♂

I had a wonderful experience yester thanks to Brian Lusk. He was knowledgeable , kind, and patient. I wanted to tip him and he said I couldn't so here is a shout out to him and Best Buy - Morehead City

I went to the Geek Squad when I first got my Galazy A13 Android for a protective glass shield, with a lifetime warranty, transfer data. Too..
Recently, after a few drops, the screen scattered. So all I had to pay was 7.99 for applying the glass. Way to go! Absolutely recommend that service for a lifetime. You can't go wrong!

My washing machine went out. And I went there and associate got with me and we walked around the store and I found the perfect washing machine and it was reasonably priced and I was able to get it along with insurance, / warranty. Great work y'all I really appreciate the hard work that y'all put together to help people to find out what they budget is and try to work it in and that's what happened with me and I'm very happy with the results

Always a great place to buy all my electronics, accessories, appliances. The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. The staff work hard to fix any problems you my be having with products or service. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Their Geek squad is outstand. Always love shopping there.

I went in with a question regarding AirTags and was able to get a good answer. The amazing thing is that the answer (which was correct) lead to me NOT purchasing anything on that trip to the store.

It would have been so easy for the employees to have provided a slightly (but not probably) wrong answer that would have resulted me in me making a hundred dollar purchase...

The staff was great. Helped me with all my questions. Wish the company had a better return policy. Nothing worse than buying a gift early for a birthday and not working. No way to exchange it.

Best buy is our go to place for cell phones and accessories, The associates are exceptional in knowledge and experience, very helpful , honest , professional.
The young man who helped us yesterday 11/28/22 was very patient and understanding with my husband ( he has Parkinsons disease)..highly recommend best buy as opposed to Verizon.

This best buy has the best staff in the history of best buys. I wont ramble on too much, but the gentleman who assisted me with a pickup order the other morning (5/4/22) was wicked kind, as much as he was helpful. I'd like to thank that manager again for his understanding, and willingness to go the extra mile to help out a customer. Give that man a raise!
