I loved this place

Homeowners beware. Putting together the list now of issues with this management company but prospective homeowners must know that this company will do the absolute minimum to manage your property to the point of not repairing much needed issues that, if not attended to, will lead to more significant issues.

I’m now faced with a mountain of issues to fix on my property due to their negligence that I could have had taken care of if I knew they were a problem. Yes, there was a hurricane in September. Yes, many properties were affected. Yes, I was immediately gouged 2x the monthly management fee in addition to the standard fee to address my house’s needs, despite my contract specifying that home finders would address any issues at any point under the contract period...as in without need for additional “administrative” fees. Yes, insurance did cover all of the needed repairs, but now, 10 months later, very little has been done that I didn’t coordinate myself. As a parting gift for themselves they assessed a second 2x the standard monthly management fee in addition to the standard management fee for their efforts post hurricane. Will be following up with a list of issues that they let go unchecked due to willful negligence and inattentive management of the property. Really hoping someone can avoid the same disaster on top of a disaster that I’m dealing with. Shocked there are no other reviews of this business. You’re much better managing on your own.

Beware of these property managers. They are horrible. They don’t do anything to manage there properties but the bare minimum.
