Tipsy Turtle Tavern

Coming from Syracuse, NY, the bars I'm used to have a very different vibe, and price point.
You want a hipster bar with leather couches, pay to play pool tables, a cigar lounge, snobby bartenders who only look at the young pretty people, and drinks that cost 2-3 times what they should? Don't go here.
You want a chill place with a laid back, beach atmosphere, drinks that cost what they should, friendly locals, and an incredible bartender? You found your place.
Third one I've been to on Atlantic Beach, and if I can get out again before my vacation ends, I'll be going back here.

The turtle was tipsy this weekend! Lots of cold drinks and fast service. They have a nice outdoor waterfront area out back, with a stage and seating to relax. Good prices, it was crowded (which we like) since there was like ve music.

Wow, I have had a bunch of great times here. Have to hand it to the owner for always having a great crew working there, thanks John. Ice cold beers with plenty of smiles.

Good vibes and people. More of a local spot. Sometimes has food and live music.

Good local crowd. Laid back safe atmosphere. Has outdoor water front yard area. Prices are good. They don thave food but area restaurant deliver or byo. Friendly bartenders. Mp3 online jukebox plays from app on phone.

Great little bar with an amazing back area with a stage and reasonably priced drinks and awesome staff especially bartender Kellie!

This is a great place. You can pull your boat up here and dock go in and have a beer, see a live band, bring your dogs, and have a great time :-)

Great place to hangout and drink ona Sunday! Bartender is always amazing giving you that homie feel. Definitely worth a stop on your bar crawl!

Fun little beach bar. Locals can always be found there. And well behaved dogs are welcome!

A excellent a joint, very friendly, and always good place to hear some great fishing stories. How much you want to believe is up to you.

I've been there three times and had a great time every time

Very fun beach bar located just off the Atlantic Beach Causeway over by Crows Nest Marina. Entertainment and great events and tournaments also!

A great spot to grab a drink at the end of the day. Not many other options in the area, but I'd still pick this one even if there were.

It took a while to find, but it was worth it. Bar only, no food. They have menus to order out for delivery.
Very friendly locals place.
