I have no complaints about Advance Auto I started doing business with them before Auto Zone came along. They are not afraid to show a lady and educate her on her own vehicle and how to properly service it. Thank you Advance

I wanted to share what an amazing customer service experience I had by one of your employees that truly went the extra mile to help me with finding the right lights for my vehicle and was superior customer service. My only regret was I did not get his name. He truly has the patience of a saint. Give them a raise!

The people made the difference today.
I needed a new battery for my truck and the staff was not pushy or fast talking. The manager gave me my choices and even though I could go back to the other 2 stores I visited I chose Advance Auto.

I have always been pleased with this location. Most everytime I have went in for something, they have had it. The few times I was looking for an uncommon item, the either looked to see if they could order it for me or helped me find where I could get it if it was a specialty item they could not get. Always had really good service here and always clean!

Very helpful staff! I went in to see what codes my truck was putting out and they took the time to explain to me what is was and how long it would take to get the part I need in. The best part of it is hooked up the code reader myself :).

These guys are always so friendly and willing to help. They’ve been my go to for batteries, wiper blades, headlights, and everything else I’ve ever bought for my car.

Always the best, Louisburg store will.let you know about specials you might not know about. Saved 15 dollars and got a free oil catch pan and filter.

On Vacation, 6pm No Battery Charging, The employes at the local WalMart Auto service also in Morehead City Directed us to this parts store, I went to the front desk in a panic as we had a 6:am ferry reservation 60 miles ahead of us at 6;05pm WELL let me tell you before I was ten steps into the store, How can we help You, alternator was not working, the first parts employee had the information on my truck and was gathering info, and the second clerk was making calls all around town for US to have the installation of the broken alternator replaced .09/28/2014 They DID IT what a crew you have.
