This is no longer a big D but now a BP station. Gas pumps not accepting credit cards for sometime now. Stopped a few weeks ago to get gas, sign on pump about credit cards so I went in to make sure card reader in store was working as on a previous visit it was not. 2 clerks didn't even acknowledge me...1 behind counter eating & looking at her phone-never looked up & 1 running register looked like he was new and training. 4 people waiting in line to pay. I told them I need gas asked if they could take card & he said yes, I thanked him & told him I would fill up. Never authorized the pump.... I left. Will not stop again.

Out of fuel because the permit is expired. Never have any food ready during lunch. Say they are out of things. Used to be better before they sold out and that's being nice about it

I just stop at the Big D in marble nc in fact I live behind it so I do lot of shopping there the new manager is very rude no one was in the store actually she was sitting down doing nothing and another lady behind there doing nothing I ask for 5 cash 3 same number on separate tickets she smarted off fill out a ticket now I could understand if someone in line or she was busy but that want the case but she had smart look on her face from the beginning I’ve been in that store many times and ask for the same thing with no problem so therefore the new manager is just rude I will not I will not shop there again

This place is a joke! No one ever answers the phone very rude and very unhelpful!! Stay away!!
