Bojangles

I can't thank this Bojangles enough for helping me on Thursday 11/16/23. I had placed a catering order with Food Lion in AB and they didn't have it at all! I had to scramble for chicken tenders for the 65 guests I had arriving to my house. Bojangles had them done in 20 minutes and they were so polite and helpful. They were all eaten an enjoyed! Thank you so much and so much appreciation to the staff that was on Thursday night!

Stopped by while passing through. This location is how a Bojangles was 20-25 years ago! The Cajun Filet was cooked and seasoned perfectly, the biscuits were just the right amount of brown on top and the bo-rounds were just right. I wish all Bonjangles I visit on a regular basis were just like this one. The drive thru was slammed and they were cracking the orders out quickly, with very efficient and super friendly service.

Food is good and for the most part the service is good besides the drive through line can take a long time at times.

My food was extremely good this morning and I had to reheat it once I got home and it was still amazing!!! They are nice manners here also!

Food was Ok, a tad bit cold but i have had better from there!!!

When I went here I just got fried chicken tender
I had 1 chicken tender leftover i almost certain nothing cost more than 15 dollar there fried chicken is really good especially when you use sauces

Third visit in two weeks, both inside and drive thru. Food is served quickly, hot and fresh. Great Customer Service.
Employees exceptional, super friendly and happy. Very welcoming, made my day each visit. I wish I could recognize all of them, Marcia is wonderful also James and the awesome staff he had with him afternoon of 1/8. Thank you!!

Good food, slow service! They need to hire more employees to be efficient.

Loved the taste of their chicken!. Had the 3 piece menu, but got an extra leg as courtesy for waiting a bit for the 3rd piece :). Very nice staff, clean tables and nice fast food.

I have not been to a fast food restaurant for fried chicken in 15+ years. I typically do not enjoy it (from another popular restaurant) at all. Tonight my husband chose a quick meal for us to take home and Bojangles was his choice. I actually loved it! Everything we had was soooo... good. We ordered the chicken, slaw, pinto beans, dirty rice and the bbq pork sandwiches. We will most definitely be back :)

Always great food. But use drive threw for best service. Inside help excellent.

Very glad to have Bojangles as an option here, I do hope they are able to bring back indoor dining to all locations soon. Thank you to all the workers making our fast food system possible! They're underappreciated yet essential to keeping things going.

Great service. Good food

We waited quite a while to get our food yesterday. I got two Supreme Dinners. I got back to work and opened my box in order to eat my food and was surprised. I had two regular sized chicken tenders and the other was the size of a chicken nugget, no exaggeration. I then spoke to the person who got the other box and they had the same situation. I have had some small chicken tenders at Bojangles before and they always put 2 more in its place. I was a bit frustrated for spending $12 just to be shorted.

Drive-thru was quick and food was ready to go when I stopped at the pay window. Employee was nice and polite.

They said for our large family order (7ppl) we should've come inside instead of drive-thru.

Very nice people. Food was good place was clean.

This Boj has their stuff together! Great staff, food and a fantastic sanitation grade! Always consistent always good!

Courteous & friendly group

I hear many people complain about their chicken either not being fully cooked or is too salty but I haven't had a problem with them ever. I mainly come for breakfast biscuits though. To me, they have the best biscuits around.
