Dr. Richard performed my son's root canal treatment last year. He had a phenomenal operation. He is a professional with his patients. In February this year, I went for root canal treatment myself, they done x-rays and my teeth were examined in the office. There was a big difference I was given when I made an appointment at the reception and the fee I paid for my son's treatment. When I asked why, the lady at the reception said my insurance company was no longer at network with them. So I canceled my appointment, made my payment ( I owed) and asked ! again ! if I owed anything, before leaving. I was told that I wouldn't have to pay anything and that the insurance company would cover the rest. Two months later, they sent me an invoice and told me on the phone that the insurance company could not pay amount and that I would have to pay the rest of the bill. Before entering the exam room and before the X-ray was taken, she should have warned me, should tell me as their customer that they are no longer work at the network with my insurance company. The lady is now saying “ it is your problem to pay this invoice “ I can say that this is actually her problem of sharing the flow of information with a customer, her office and the insurance companies. Because this is her duty to make calculations the there and give accurate information,
