Pams Unique Boutique

I was at a loss as New Year's Eve was approaching and I could not seem to find anything to wear to an event. My husband and I were walking down main street in West Jefferson and decided to stop in to "just look". So glad we did as we were promptly welcomed and asked if there was anything special I was looking for. Pam and her assistant (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) immediately went to work putting together outfits and pulling things for me to try on and narrowed down what would work for me. Finally there was the "AHA" moment and the perfect outfit came together. I also found an additional ensemble at the same time. I was expecting to leave empty handed but thanks to their persistence and help, I left with 2 outfits. I even had someone come up to me and compliment my outfit at the NYE event. All in all, a very positive experience. Thanks so much for all your help and patience :-)

Funny story- I forgot to pack a jacket for our first trip to this area and Pam's was the only store open at the time. I lucked out because Pam and her kind associate were able to find not one but two beautiful, warm winter wraps for me. By the way, these items weren't even on the floor yet so they went above and beyond with their wonderful customer service!

I love Pam’s unique boutique! I have a lot of her clothes that I bought over the last three or four years. They are good quality, comfortable, beautiful, hold up so well and I feel good wearing them. I love to go in there, and Pam and her girls are so friendly and always help me, and I always walk away happy. I have realized that most of my clothes come from there. and I am wearing a garment or two from her store almost daily. It’s time to head back in there and see the new arrivals! ❤👍

The ladies were wonderful. A friend of mine was looking for a specific size that is hard to find. They were patient and kind and helped her find the clothes she needed for the special occasion. Very thankful for their kindness!

My workplace is Pam’s Unique Boutique and I so enjoy going to work. I love meeting new people and helping them find that perfect outfit for their special day whether it be their wedding dress, mother of the bride/groom, bridesmaid, prom, and of course tuxedos for the men folk. Everyone loves to look their best and they always do after a visit to Pam’s. Best of all though is working with Pam - she’s a hoot!!!

Pam helped me find the prettiest Mother of the Groom outfit! It’s an absolutely beautiful jumpsuit. The prices are very reasonable too.
I plan to do a lot more shopping at her place!

If I could give her more I would. Pam is AMAZING! We first went to her in 2017 for bridesmaids dresses for my best friends wedding. She was so helpful, easy to work with and just made you feel very comfortable. Fast forward 3 years and we just went last week to look at wedding dresses for my daughter! She said that Ms. Pam's opinion was the only one she needed, she trusts her and Pam is honest if something doesn't look good on you, she tells you but not in a rude way. She is kind and loving.

Pam and Dixie were my Angels of Mercy. I only had 8 days till my wedding and no dress because South's. Pam was about to close for the day and saw the panic look on my face, and asked what was wrong. After explaining to her what occurred at South's, she took her time and by time I mean after her store closed, she helped me go through her 👗 to see if I could find anything. When I did find the dress, she called her seamstress Dixie, explained what happened and she came over to do the alterations that were needed in that short time line. Exceeded my expectations!! We always visits Pam's when we are on vacation, she always carry the newest trends and many one of a kind items. Best service, best prices and she is very Fur Baby friendly. Our Brady love's to visit Pam and he enjoys her treats she gives to all the fur babies!

The lady is so nice & helpful. My friend was looking for a wedding dress, but everything was out of her budget. The owner showed her some dresses that were in a room upstairs that were on clearance & she found one that she loves for $50!

Had a great experience here. My wife and we're just browsing downtown and decided to go in. Small but nice selection of clothes that really matched my wife's style. Enjoyed talking to the ladies who worked there. Looking forward to going again the next time we visit west Jefferson.

Friendly, helpful, fun place to shop. I love shopping for clothes on vacation. I found some beautiful tops and killer ankle boots. I’m excited for cooler weather. I’ll be back.
