Amber was at the window taking care of my daughter and me today. She was so kind and considerate. I wound up going through the line twice since my daughter didn’t have a decision ready earlier on. Both times I was greeted with a smile and warmth. It made my quick drive thru experience so nice after a long morning.

This Hardee’s has always had good food and service here,, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cleanest Hardee's I've ever ate at. For fast food I would recommend this place..everything is great..from breakfast to lunch. Clean and polite employees. The franchise owners and employees take pride in their restaurant

Great fast food restaurant. Prices have gone up since the pandemic however the quality of the food remains great. The staff is very friendly and eager to serve you. Restrooms were easily accessible and kept very clean and neat.

Always a great experience when we eat at Hardees in Jefferson. The employees are consistently kind and go above and beyond to make your visit pleasant.

They have the best biscuits in town.

Great service, order is always correct and fresh. What stands out to me here is the customer service overall and the GM. She is the only one that I've seen in the area, at a fast food establishment, that will directly serve the customers. Unlike others, she doesn't hide from the customers and if the employee whom is serving you is needing help she is there in a short time. All employees are professional and well mannered.

Love breakfast menu great burgers

Wow, how things have change. What was once heads above all others... Is now just another fast food restaurant. Cold fries suck ! But it's still better than most...

Absolutely delicious and the service was amazing definitely best fast food ive ever had. They have roast beef, burgers and much more. I got a superstar meal and it was very good.

Very good!!! Best Hardee's in West Jefferson, NC. I have visited alot of them since I am from FL and traveled alot. Hardee's is our favorite fast food restaurant for their breakfast and burgers. Also love the RV parking availability in most. But so far West Jefferson is my favorite and their portions are better than the rest. Personnel is very accommodating also.

Any kind of burger with the sour dough bread is amazing! I usually get the Frisco burger, but now there are more choices with the sour dough bread. I will definitely be trying them all. You can get fries anywhere, but at Hardee's you get a choice of curly fries or onion rings too! Love their onion rings!

Best Hardee's I've ever been to. They have a warm and thoughtful staff and great food. I usually go by myself, yet find myself enjoying my fellow customers. Great atmosphere!

Great fast food. Tender Tuesday offers such a great deal. On top of that, the live music to accompany the meal is excellent. Hardee's is good, but this location in particular stands out as the best.

This is the only place my grandfather will get a shake from, he has been in and out of Margate and the hospital for over a year and he enjoys his daily milkshake!?!

Drive thru service is great.. The young lady that runs the drive-thru was accurate spoke clearing and made sure my order was correct. We didnt get asked to pull up our food was hot fresh and the look of our food was great not just thrown together. This is the best restaurant my family and I have eaten at!
