Pizza Hut

Totally enjoyed getting to dine inside. Pizza was great. The cheese sticks were made in a pan where all the edges were crispy which was awesome. Boneless wings were hot and fresh. Actually had an actual plate, a real fork and their signature drink glasses.😎
A lot of places are still using paper plates, plastic forks and Styrofoam cups 😡
Server was super friendly and like I said, the food was great.

New management has made it much better. I'm not a big pizza hut fan but the food at this one is pretty good. You can actually feed the family for a decent price.

Fantastic pizza, and was worth the wait. Just a shout out to Tasha the manager and her crew. The delivery driver Patrick was prompt and professional. Tasha was super sweet and the pizza she made us or had someone make for us was literally perfect. Thank you so much!

Honestly by far one of the best pizza huts I've eaten from in a very long time. Service was awesome plus friendly staff! I recommend this place

This wasn't the fanciest Pizza Hut I've ever been to, but extremely cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. They are short staffed, so expect a 10 minute wait. The fries were delicious and served piping hot. We got a cheese pizza, large, with stuffed crust. Each of us could have had 2 pieces each, there were 4 of us, but the slices were so generous 2 of us only had 1 each. Tons of yummy cheese and piping hot. Restrooms were above acceptable, but not spotless. Again, they are short staffed and currently hiring. We were so hungry we dug in before I thought to photo the food, but I did get the menus. Enjoy!

The lunch buffet was great. Plenty of salad toppings. Variety of pizzas to choose from and to top it off cinnamon sticks for dessert. Staff was friendly

Wonderful food and always great deals to choose from but the local staff really make a difference that stands out from other Pizza Hut chains. They are wonderful people with exceptionally friendly hospitality. They offer LOCAL DELIVERY and the only place that does so in the Jefferson/West Jefferson area. And the delivery driver works hard to make sure everything is always fast, hot, and correct. The man who does mist of their night delivery is a delight to interact with. Thank you Pizza Hut, Jefferson NC! Special thanks to the delivery driver working nights, who in my opinion, should be tipped a little extra for his delightful attitude and wonderful service. 😉

Generally always fast but staff to keep the dining rm open slacking sometimes. Food tastes great. Usually prepared to perfection. Bobby is an awesome manager.

We are from Boone and the Pizza Hut in Jefferson, NC was amazing! It was quiet and relaxed which was really nice for our son who is autistic. We were able to order something affordable since we are on a budget and our waitress was very patient and kind to us. The food was delicious and we had a great time. Even though we are getting a Pizza Hut here in Boone, I think we would rather come back here. The staff is wonderful, the food is great, and the price was perfect for our budget. I'd give more stars if I could. Thanks so much!

Always friendly and clean. Salad bar is fresh and the Pizza and Wings always hit the spot. If you like Pizza Hut, you will definitely enjoy the food here. The crew does a good job on every visit.

This is a sit down location. They also have takeout. At lunchtime there is a pizza buffet with the salad bar.

Pizza Hut in West Jefferson, NC provided amazing pizza and cheese sticks on Saturday, September 4, 2021 and several times since. Everytime we have received amazing food. I hope they can keep the team that was working that evening as they provided wonderful food. Adding the food continues to be delicious! They have a great team working there and I hope they keep baking amazing food.

Pizza was ready even quicker than they said that it would be.

Can get busy, and the staff a bit overwhelmed, but they are friendly, hard workers, and will catch up as soon as possible. With that said, either their cooks are good, or they have a perfect pizza oven. Always perfectly cooked. For a Pizza Hut, it's the best I've been in.

I ate there on 11-5-14 (it was 12:15 pm) and there was only one server and the cook was new. The pizza was fantastic and the service was excellent. I expected a long wait and sloppy service and was greatly surprised in how quickly I got my food and how often she checked back to see if everything was okay. I actually watched her make her rounds and listened to how she made people feel she really cared about how they answered. The restaurant was more than half full and this lady never missed a beat. I hope I have the opportunity to eat here again and that I am lucky enough for it be on her shift.

Excellent service at 2pm on March 8, 2022. Pizza was cooked to perfection, even though it was a special order of toppings. Place was uncrowded, quiet, and clean.
