I Highly recommend Schuster Physical Therapy! I had Therapy there yrs ago and the quality and expertise has continued with the new therapists. The office check in personnel make it a pleasant experience with their helpful and friendly attitude. My therapist was Cody Nail DPT, he was great in providing a plan of exercises to fit my injuries. One session with Ed Bates was also very helpful related to the importance of breathing correctly with exercise movement.

I was recommended to Schuster Physical Therapy following my spinal fusion. I believe they were 100 percent there to help in my recovery. The staff was very concerned with my well- being and helped me get my range of motion and stability back. I would highly recommend them for any therapy needs.

I’ve been going to Schuster’s to get stringer from a hip revision surgery. I saw Dr Nic and PT assistant Ed the entire time. They were excellent. The were compassionate and caring and never gave up on me. I recommend them to anybody. They helped build my confidence back and I truly appreciate all they did for me.
The office staff were so helpful and friendly. They all make a good team and I appreciate all that they do.

The best. Would absolutely recommend Schuster Physical Therapy. My husband had PT for two different conditions and is doing great. Now it’s my turn after serious injury from a bad car accident. From the front desk to the highly professional physical therapists can’t say enough to express my gratitude, especially for my physical therapist , Nick Cameron. I would recommend Schuster Physical Therapy. I came in with lower back/sciatic issues that were not going away after treatment I usually receive when I have flare ups. Cody worked with me and to get the pain that I had been experiencing for six weeks, to very minimal pain, and gave me exercises that were easy for me to continue at home. Also, the office staff are some of the friendliest I have ever met. They are so welcoming when you come in and when you leave!!! Top Notch Facility for sure.

Tracey Lynn and the team are a community resource for Ashe County. So many lessons live in my head and act in my body now. Four months post Total Knee Replacement and the journey has been fun, enlivening, and life improving. Thanks to Tracey and the Team for great care and knowledgeable teaching. Tracy Lynn is very knowledgeable and professional. Zeroed right in on my issues and now have corrected them. And all the other therapists I met there know their stuff and are always greeting their patients with a smile. West Jefferson is very lucky to have Schuster PT!

As of day one entering into Schusters Therapy l felt the oneness they have with each patient from the ladies out front to the therapist in back .They make it clear they are not there to make or force you to do therapy but to coach you and advise you on such things with sincere care on helping you get back to your normal as soon as possible

I have recently received PT through Schuster Physical Therapy due to pain in R shoulder joint. The therapy was provided by Cody and Haley, who did an excellent job!! My shoulder is much improved and I can now sleep much better at night. Both Cody and Haley were both friendly and professional and I was very pleased with their care!! Thank you so much!!

I have always been pleased with how I been treated at this facility. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable in their field and treat you with courtesy. I’m sure my recovery from hip surgery has benefited greatly with my physical therapy treatments.

Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for PT needs. Every staff member is knowledgeable, concerned about your pain/discomfort level, and take great care with any questions and concerns you have. They are encouraging and make you feel very important to them. The front staff is very accommodating and friendly. They work hard to make your appointments work for you. I’m extremely grateful for Cody and Ed, who helped me recover from knee replacement. I would give 10 stars, if I could.

I am most appreciative of SCHUSTER’s staff. My most recent sessions were led by Dr Nial (Cody). He listened to my explanation of symptoms, as well as reviewed previous therapy sessions. I feel like the exercises helped me and my recommended actions for future will keep me in better shape.

I want to thank Dr. Cody Nail and Haley Williams, PTA. They are without a doubt, some of the most outstanding PT PROVIDERS that I have had the pleasure of knowing! They are professional, caring, and listen to your concerns. Plus, the office staff helps you in every way that they can!
Thanks to them I am now walking and using hiking sticks after recovering from three major spine surgeries.

The folks at Schuster Physical Therapy are awesome! My therapists (Nick and Hailey) were encouraging and supportive after my left total knee replacement. They developed an at-home PT program to supplement the plan developed for my visits to Schuster's, helping me continue strengthening and mobility. Many, many thanks to this great group of dedicated therapists and support staff and all they have done to get me up walking again - and without a limp or pain! These guys are the best!

2 knee replacements in 2 1/2 months and I have had the best experience with the Schuster team. Everyone from the therapist to the office have been there for me. Great place! They are awesome!

I am very pleased with the kind of professional staff that is Schuster Physical Therapy. They have helped me so much since I retired. Everything started going south once I retired. This group of young professionals make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Tracy-Lynn has done a great job when she hires. I highly recommend if you ever need something done. I even feel better when I come because everyone is happy to help. They always have a caring smile and words that let you know they are there to help you!

I could not be happier with the care I have received at Schuster Physical Therapy. The entire staff is top rate; friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. From the moment you walk in the front the door and are greeted with a welcoming smile the atmosphere is reassuring. The facility is clean and the equipment is well maintained. Dr. Molly Reynolds is my physical therapist and she is absolutely spectacular. She has gone above and beyond to get me back on my feet, help me heal from an injury, and also provide care post surgery. In addition to being an excellent physical therapist, she is a terrific person. I have observed the same extraordinary level of care from all of the other physical therapists at Schuster that I have received. I have personally recommended Schuster to friends and family and feel that anyone in need of physical therapy would benefit from their care.

The therapy was well organized, staff was all friendly and my improvement was substantial.
