We have a new dog from the shelter and Totalbond sutured up some incisions that were glued and came undone. Always great work with pets the first time when some other places take shortcuts. Happy pup!

I had no idea Dr. Epstein took care of exotics. Thank goodness he does! My sweet Betty Charlotte got an infection in her foot and they worked me right in same day. I'm super grateful and his staff is awesome! 🐾

The staff are always welcoming, and friendly. They answer any questions I have. Dr Epstein is very knowledgeable and takes the time to be personable as well as providing top notch care to my Guinea Pigs. They are truly involved in the wellbeing of the pets and their owners.

Love this vets office! I needed to take our guinea pig because she was not feeling well and a check up. Dr. Epstein is great and so is the staff. They are very knowledgeable and caring. I travel over and hour to get to them. If they were closer I would take our 4 dogs and 1 cat to them. Highly recommend them!

I’ve recently moved my kitties’ vet care from Charlotte down to TotalBond and have had great experiences with everyone, from the front desk/checkout team members to the three vets, who I’ve met over the past few weeks. They’ve shown nothing but care and compassion to my fur babies as we've gone through testing, a dental cleaning, and surgery. They have been amazing with communication which I find to be very reassuring throughout the anesthesia and recovery process for my kitties’ procedures. The vets have been great with communicating through email, have been very knowledgable, and I’ve learned a lot from them already. Everyone has been friendly, professional, and you can tell they genuinely love and care about their patients.

We were visiting from out of state when our cat was showing signs of a possible respiratory infection so we took Kali to TotalBond and they were able to get us in the next day. Everyone we encountered there was so warm and the overall atmosphere was calming which our cat appreciated. Dr Salmon was wonderful, she took time to hear all of our concerns and learn Kali's history. She did her best to make Kali feel comfortable during the exam too. We really appreciated her kindness and care. I absolutely recommend them!

Never had a bad experience! From Dr E to the rest of the staff. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and you can tell they care about your pet. I have a bearded dragon who is my baby and I trust the knowledge Dr E has. I GLADLY drive an hour and a half to make sure he’s in the best hands.

Have had two cats with sudden health issues on the weekend - TotalBond was open when my usual vet wasn't. Every member of the staff was friendly and they truly and genuinely have the best interest of every pet at heart. They were very gentle with the pets, and they explain every step they take. Both of my cats made full recoveries, one from a nearly fatal UTI blockage! You owe it to your pet to visit TotalBond, for their health and comfort, and your peace of mind.

My sweet girl Lola could hardly get out of bed. My regular vet for the past 9 years provided me with one weeks worth of meds and said she would require labs before refills. Unfortunately, they were on vacation, and had no available appts on days I could get her there. I have taken her to urgent vet in the past and that can be very expensive when it's the same thing your regular vet can handle. I was turned down by multiple vet offices...so grateful I finally found TotalBond Vet. They have an awesome approach to caring for your furbaby. The extended hours and Saturday appts are exactly what works for my family.

My mother has used this vet for years for her dogs and now we both have puppies that we take to TotalBond in Gastonia. The staff was very helpful in answering all of our “new puppy” questions for us!

The first time I came here was with a dog That I found in the road that was hit by a car. They were the only vet open at the time. They took very good care of this dog.

I took my bird there and the doctor I saw seemed very knowledgeable. He also gave me some written resources that were very useful. The staff were friendly and polite and the building was clean and pleasant to be in. Very good establishment, I would definitely take my pet there again.

Finding a veterinary hospital that is open on the weekends is not easy! Thankfully TotalBond Veterinary Hospital offers Saturdays availability with short notice. The receptionist was the kindest human being and made scheduling my appointment a breeze. The vet tech staff were very kind and gentle with the stray cat I had brought in for this particular visit. The vet was very compassionate to my situation and made me feel at ease answering all of my questions. I originally was only selecting this office based off of their weekend hours as my primary vet only offers week day visits. But I will say I was highly impressed with the level of professionalism, patience and kindness that I received from each staff member. I would recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone in the area! I will be returning to this office location for continued care.

Dr. Mark Epstein and Dr. Sara Toner jumped into action to help my cat who was turned away from our previous vet. They were so kind and loving when they took our kitty in and they did everything they possibly could to help. They went above and beyond our expectations to help.
