Orchard Trace Apartments

Orchard Trace has been a pleasure to live in. Well managed and maintained, I feel safe and comfortable. Neighbors have been friendly and courteous and I rarely hear any noise from another unit. The management team and maintenance staff is just awesome, they care about residents and pets.

Love our apartment and the leasing office staff (Maddison and Amber). My building is quiet and my neighbors are the best. Always get compliments on how quiet and cozy my apartment is when friends visit. Maintenance requests are handled timely and I get quick responses to inquiries from office staff. Would recommend this complex to anyone.

I moved here 4 years ago, completely lost, first time on my own. The past and present office staff made my transition a thousand times easier and gave me comfort in a strange place. Madison Hastings and Amber, property manager were there for me every step of the way as I tried to recover from covid and the horrors of post covid. They continue to be there for me by making any need from office or maintenance extremely smooth. They do this with pride, always a happy voice or face. I am so glad I chose Orchard Trace Apartments as my first home away from home.

Everyone that works here is very friendly and we never have to wait a long time for a maintenance request. One of the reasons I moved here is because they allow larger dogs, up to 75 lbs, and that was definitely a plus. Close to I-85 and you can easily take the back roads to Lake Wylie SC. Our neighbors have always been very quiet, no loud parties. Overall I am very happy here.

Quiet, clean, friendly staff, I've had no issues with maintenance requests. I've lived here 7 months & I would recommend this complex to anyone. Maddie assisted me when I moved in & she was just the best. Friendly & responsive. Seven months later & nothing has changed.

Nice layout and location. Noise depends on neighbors, but in my case they were mostly quiet and respectful. Friendly office staff as well. Moved out and had no issues with that process either. If the apartment and price work for you there's nothing to worry about renting here.

My daughter & I have lived here 20 months. We both like the quiet area & nice neighbors. The staff here are friendly, caring & helpful. One of the best things about living here is the location. We're within 1-4 miles of churches, grocery stores, banks, Post Office & drugstores.

I just recently moved into these apartments a couple of weeks ago and I have to say I am very impressed with the friendliness of the agents and how fast the maintenance responds to issues. The units are updated, quiet/safe neighborhood, and convenient to I-85, gas stations and grocery stores. There was construction work done to the roofs and although there is a lot of debris in the breezeways the property manager was walking around picking up nails and the construction workers made sure to clean every little mess they made.

I been living here for two months now and no issues. I do feel safe here and it's quiet and clean. The staff has been nice and any matainance issues are taken care of quickly.

Very quite and clean apartment. Kids and I love it. Every one appears friendly.

I haven't lived in an apartment in 20+ years. My transition to Orchard Trace since Sept 2021, has been very nice. The staff is very helpful and considerate. I have no issues with maintenance, trash, or animals. I'm sure if I lived around someone with animals that would be a different story. I never had an issue with parking, which was one of my initial concerns. I will say the ceiling is very thin as I can hear almost everything that goes on upstairs, startles me sometimes and honestly would be the only reason I leave also why 4 instead of 5 stars. This complex is very conveniently located to everything you need.
