A Wonderful Experience! I received just what I asked for during my visit and then some! The salon was lovely, spacious with an engaging vibe. Most appreciated was the fact that Tia started my appointment on time- Early Actually! She doesn't believe in overbooking and I didn't have to wait 30min to and hour after my arrival time to be seen. It was very easy to make an appointment online. I scheduled a consultation initially to discuss removal of extensions and natural hair styling. Tia was very knowledgeable and informative. She listened to my needs and concerns and discussed options. At my follow up appointment for extension removal, she was patient and took her time to make sure the removal did not cause any damage. Afterwards we discussed options for styling. I was amazed that she had suggested, at my consultation, giving my hair a rest after extension removal before doing any coloring or a silk press. Most stylists just go ahead and put you into the next hair process, but Tia is concerned about the health of your hair and not just making money. We came up with a protective solution while my hair rests and I have a follow up appointment in a few weeks for coloring and styling. I am happy to be working with someone who cares about the health of my hair and who is willing to kindly let me know if something that I want to do is not healthy for my hair. The shop is very, very clean and the rooms offer a good level of privacy. Tia gives you her full attention during your appointment. She does Not double book or work on multiple heads at once. I have been receiving healthcare services with Nu Dimension Hair Studio by Contillus. She always makes sure her clients get the best haircare as well as providing excellent customer care services to each individual. I would rate this organization more than 5 stars because this hair studio is clean and pleasant, which makes the experience amazing. The atmosphere is EXTREMELY clean, professional and gossip free! ***NEVER CROWDED!!!!*** The owner, Tia is professional and very intentional about staying within your allotted appointment time! Her pricing is fair and she accepts multiple methods of payment. She is efficient and knowledgeable about hair care/style techniques. She stays up to date with trends and is available to serve ALL ethnicities! She only uses high quality products and follows all state issued recommendations to fight COVID-19. IT'S COMPLETELY SAFE! Tia is the best!! I've been natural for about 4 years and 3 years ago i had the worst experience ever with a Dominican blow out so I didn't straightened my hair for about 3 years. For new year I decided to give it a shot and it was difficult to find a good stylist until I came across her Facebook page and found out that the owner had natural curly hair!!! I was very happy!!

She did an awesome job on my hair. That was the less painful straightening I ever had!!!

I"m very happy to share my experiences at Nu Dimensions Hair Studio. First and for most my appointment always started on time, never did I have to wait to get my hair done. So far so great, I'm so pleased with the way Tia Myers, gently washes and takes care of my hair. I must admit I'm very particular about who puts their hands on my hair because of not so good experiences in the pass. My baby sister recommended her when she first started going. I said no that's alright, however I noticed my sister's hair and loved the way it looked. So I decided to make an appointment, and I'm so very glad I did. I told Tia, I would see her in another month, I'm here to tell you I made the next appointment sooner. And I know, God willing I will be using Nu Dimensions Hair Studio's services from now on.
