Woodforest National Bank

I've banked with them for almost 10yrs and they are amazing... I wish the tellers wouldn't change so much but they are all awesome and make u feel like family

They are nice and friendly and helpful… love this branch..

No appointment and they took me right in and helped me. I was pleasantly shocked.

Always had wonderful help every time iv been there.

Absolutely awful! I went around 4:30pm on Friday when they close at 7pm no one was there, three customers waiting in a line and teller stand roped off. The other said they were there for an hour already and had to make deposits that couldn’t wait, as was I. Both ATMs were out of order I’m assuming they were trying to fix them in the back room. If you can’t staff your branch close it.

Not even a real Bank! They are third party entity. They have no existing routing number so good luck linking it.

Worst bank ever will put a seven day hold on your checks and will tell you can't cash a check even if you have a account

Told we open at 10, so the teller sits at the desk and at 10 goes in the back room and leaves me still standing here waiting lol...
