Customer service is excellent. After having spend many hours of my life waiting and waiting at big box stores for an inferior product, SW employees greet you as soon as you walk in and get you on your way with a superior product.

The reason I go there as opposed to Lowe’s or HD, is their great service. I won’t buy paint anywhere else. The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable.
