Dr. Johnston is absolutely wonderful. So professional as also a well seasoned dentist. Has taken care of my teeth for a number of years…. Always a pleasant experience! His assistants and office staff are always friendly and helpful. A great practice! Has my highest recommendation.

Dr. Thad Johnston is an amazing dentist and his team are by far the best in the business!! We were recommended by a dear friend. My husband has always had a problem with his teeth and Dr. Johnston and his team assess the problem and came up with a plan to correct it . As of today we are on the downhill slide of this journey. They have now given him his smile back. They are the most caring, helpful and professional team in the business! They have been a blessing to us, and we are forever grateful!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Thad Johnson and his team to everyone!!!!

The whole office staff is very friendly and helpful and it is always easy to get an appointment when I need it. Dr. Johnston and the dental hygienist are super gentle. They make you feel relaxed and at ease. The doctor is very nice and friendly and that makes going to the dentist a bit easier. I am overall very happy that I chose to start going there.

Everyone at Dr Johnston’s office is so nice and helpful. The office is beautiful and inviting. The hygienists are caring and personable. They really know how to take the stress out of going to the dentist!

His new office is very nice, the staff has been helpful. They've helped with my dental insurance for preapproval of my care plans. And most of all, I appreciate their professional attention to details.

Thad Johnston is a great dentist. I brought my son in with multiple issues and he was able to get us on a treatment plan that everyone was comfortable with. My son has never liked going to the dentist, but had no problem with Christy cleaning his teeth. The front desk was able to get us all the follow up appointments we needed quickly and worked with our schedule. Would highly recommend Thad P Johnston DDS.

Dr Johnston and staff were friendly, professional, and thorough.
The hygienist, Christy, did an especially great job on my cleaning, explaining what she was doing as she went along, even humming for entertainment. She was very patient with me and my anxieties regarding the entire procedure.
Dr Johnston did a thorough check and I was done in about an hour. Not bad for an initial visit with X-rays.
Highly recommended.

Hands down best dental office in the Gaston/Charlotte area!!! New to the area and was looking for a new dentist to replace the one I had had since I was a child. Tried a place in Charlotte that was horrendous to deal with. When I moved on this side of town I was so pleased to see this adorable office being built and decided it was worth a shot to see how they were. I am so pleased I found them!! I was able to get in and out for new patient exam/x-rays and a cleaning in under 40 minutes 😃 🤗. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. So happy I found them!!

I don't think I've ever said: I liked going to the dentist.... until today.
I just moved to the area and knew I needed to go to the dentist soon.
I noticed the beautiful building as i drove past it while finding everything else in my life..thinking : "eh.. I'll go to the dentist soon"..
Well, my crown popped off yesterday at work. I frantically looked online...."What is the name of that cute dentist office? Ah! I found it! The one that looks like a beach house!"
I called and was so happy to hear that they would fit me in the next day.
I went in and it feels more like vacation inside..rather than the dreaded d.e.n.t.i.s.t...
Dr. Johnston is so nice .... I actually enjoyed this visit to the dentist. ENJOYED IT?!? Yes! It was super pleasant.

Thadd always takes his time and makes sure everything is good and explains things extremely well. And my hygienist Christy Branch is awesome. She take extra care in making sure you are comfortable and makes a cleaning a relaxing experience.
