I love Mr.J Oliver and his employees. I always have a great experience. They always give awesome service. He always gives the service I ask of him. The lady that cleans my teeth is awesome also. I am so glad I have them for my dental needs I couldn't ask for better.

I always have a pleasant experience when going to this dental practice, never have I ever met such a nice dentist he is always pleasant and he always treats his patients so nice. I have always been afraid of dentists because to me they represent pain, but not this one he is the total opposite and his staff is top notch.

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Oliver's Dental office. He and the staff were very nice and thorough with the examination and treatment process. The facilities were top notch. I was very comfortable the entire time from my brief wait in the lobby to the examination by Dr. Oliver and my cleaning with the dental hygienist. Happy with my decision of choosing Dr. Oliver and staff as my dental practitioners.

We just moved to the area and were looking for a family dentist that would accept our dental savings plan. We are both SO happy we found J. Mark Oliver! From the staff who greeted me yesterday, to my incredibly thorough hygienist, to my time with Dr. Oliver himself, everything was truly a wonderful experience! (To be honest, I wouldn't be writing a review for a dental cleaning if it wasn't worth nothing how good it was! Lol). I was so impressed! They took their time to really examine my teeth and I actually learned a few things no one had ever told me about how to best care for my gums. I felt very taken care of and am so glad we found this kind, professional, excellent dentist's office!

I always have a good experience with Dr. Oliver and his staff. Not too many people enjoy going to the dentist, but I do! I don't have a lot of major work being done, just routine cleanings. But even when I do, it's never a rough appointment, rather always dealt with care and concern. Everyone is knowledgeable and thorough. You'll even get to see Dr. Oliver's sense of humor.. even when you can't laugh like you'd like to! ☺

My kids and I have been patients here for many years. The atmosphere is always inviting and the Staff is fabulous !! I definitely recommend!!

This place is absolutely wonderful! Doctor Oliver and Millie are so honest and open about every step they are going to be doing. They are very considerate and make sure you are comfortable. I haven’t been to the dentist in several years and they made it a breeze! I’m glad to call this my new dentist office! This place is amazing, so if you’re looking for a friendly, caring, funny place to come to that will make you feel at ease come here! :-)

Great experience. Every staff member I came in contact with with was very nice and very professional. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was excellent! There were things done that I’ve never had done at another dentist office. She was also very nice and very friendly. Dr. Oliver was great too. Professional, personable and easy to talk to. Going to a dentist’s office isn’t on my “fun” list of things to do but the Doctor put me at ease and the experience was great. I will be recommending your office.

Not wanting to consult the internet, and our regular dentists being in Pittsburgh, PA, I asked for a dentist referral from a friend and long time Winston Salem resident. My 17 year old daughter, who was/is in rehearsal for a principal role in classical ballet at UNCSA for Spring Dance was having a problem with a tooth! Horrible timing. Though booked, Dr. Oliver’s staff made an emergency appointment for her the next day! The staff and Dr. Oliver were kind, patient, and very informative. Shortly after that visit, I scheduled routine cleanings for both daughter, husband and myself. It was no small feat, but the front office staff worked with me, including alerting me to a cancellation that I immediately took for the dancer. It was a perfect time, because she noted the times that would work during our conversation:-). In terms of my personal cleaning and visit, it was wonderful. After she cleaned my teeth, my hygienist, who had shown me pictures of my teeth prior to the start, worked diligently attempting to remove them. I take great care of my teeth and it was nice that she (don’t know if I am allowed to say her name, but it begins with an “M”) took time with me to not only clean my teeth but attempt to remove stubborn stains and give me information to ensure that my teeth, and next visit, would be even better. Dr. Oliver then examined and discussed my teeth. He also noted that he was happy to have met my family! How cool is that? He connected and acknowledged our existence as a unit. Recognizing that he valued us trusting him with all sets of our teeth, which we plan to keep for life, truly matters and is appreciated. The Husband said it was the best cleaning he has ever had. He had a different hygienist (name begins with “B”), from mine and the girls, meaning it wouldn’t have mattered which hygienist any of us received, we would have had a great cleaning! Our children started attending schools in NC the fall prior to the pandemic, and I had been scheduling our dentist appointments around trips back to Pittsburgh. Now, all appointments will be purposefully made in Winston Salem, NC with Dr. Oliver and staff! From the front of the house to the back and front again, everyone was helpful, engaging, and excellent at what they are there to do! Thank you

Dr. Oliver and his staff are always professional and friendly. They have great lines of communication, which are effective and responds in a timely manner. Brandi, one of his longest dental tech is the best. She always make me and my daughter feel comfortable. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone who is looking for a dentist, they are the best!

I had my teeth cleaned yesterday. Going to the dentist always gives me anxiety. The hygienist took her time and focused on my needs and communicated with me throughout the entire procedure. All the staff and Dr. Oliver are professional, kind, and and answered all my questions. The staff are friendly and I trust them. A great place to go for a singing dentist and for quality dental procedures.

Dr. Oliver is most professional & me & my family have been patients since he initially started his practice. His staff appears to be like family and he has had employees working for him since he started. It’s refreshing to go for services where everyone knows your name in addition to the excellent care we’ve received. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

My first visit was a positive experience. Dr. Oliver is very personable, and his staff is professional and friendly.

Once again Dr. Oliver staffs out did themselves!! From start to finish nothing but professionalism they made us feel welcomed, eased our minds about possible dental issues and gave great feedback on referrals that were needed. Dr. Oliver himself is an outstanding dentist, I would highly recommend him to anyone who has teenagers down to small children he is really good!

I got in to my appointment quickly with very little time in the waiting room. Brandy was great as always and Dr. Oliver was as well. I always receive great service while there and feel very calm an at ease, and the staff does a great job promoting this atmosphere!

I rate the treatment, service and experience 5 stars. The receptionists, the dental assistant, and Dr. Oliver all were welcoming, professional and pleasant. The team answered all my questions and gave me helpful tips to make my home care more effective

I have been receiving dental care from Dr. Oliver for 3 years now, and I have never been disappointed. All of his staff is wonderful! I am treated courteously and respectfully from the moment I arrive to the moment I leave. Dr. Oliver makes sure I understand any changes in my oral health.
